We came by to have a look at a vehicle the sales guy was not pushy let us take our time to have it look even though it was at the end of the day negotiated the price ended up buying it they went through all the paperwork and everything they showed us was as straightforward as you wanted to be no hassle no confusion these guys know their stuff and they're honest about it. Will definitely buy another vehicle when time comes.

called and booked an appointment, car was brought in from another location on time, was cleaned and shiny, they showed me the vehicle inspection pass and Carfax, every thing was as it they explained.I am working on my bank loan to buy my dream car. Great guys to deal with.

Name says it all. The best price I found in lower mainland was here. I took the car for inspection to my own mechanic they found nothing wrong and was pretty similar to their inspection sheet. After 3 weeks my power window stopped working. They replaced the parts inside for me. I was provided with loaner car during that period. Guess what my dirty car was detailed and shiny again like the first day.

I emailed, David replied quick, made appointment, they picked me up from sky train station, friendly staff, car was shiny and clean, good mechanically, price way below market. what else I could ask for? They provided me with Car history report, Mechanic inspection and copy of their invoices. Insurance Lady came quick and I was out of there in less than one hour. The first meeting did not go well. They were a little pushing thinking that I wanted to trade right then and there! Which was not the case! I was happy enough to walk away! Our pricing of the trade was too far apart! So on the first go around, not so great! The second went way better! Papers were signed and vehical was handed over in a timely manner! Done without the trade! In the end I got a great truck! I couldn’t be happier!!

!!!!!ALERT!!!!!VSA COMPLAINT!!!Just don't buy a car here unless you want a drama. DO NOT BELIEVE in GOOD RATINGS of this company!!! it is so weird that most of good reviews are from 4 months ago which was right after I wrote my original complaint. I remember 7 good reviews were written right after my comment when there was only 3 review for the past 2 years.They lied about the car I bought and also applied for financing under my name without my approval. I contacted VSA to complaint, got everything I wanted, returning the car and getting my money back. They are the most unreliable and unprofessional car dealership that I know.

Came all the way from Victoria let them know of coming and leaving ferry. Car was dirty blocked in low tires and check engine light on for airbag. They wanted to sell me this excellent advertised car with airbag issue. I took for test drive which is illegal w airbag not working. 2 1/2 yrs later car is still there listed as excellent.
