They totally destroyed my $260.00 beautiful parka, first time cleaned, purchased only two years ago. Never again. Pretended to not understand English when confronted.

The owners are so nice and polite! They do a good job and prices are reasonable. I live in Markham but works somewhere nearby. So I'd always hold onto items to dryclean and go back to them over these years :)

Lovely people! I called them to have my daughters wedding gown spot cleaned and they didn't try to up sell me to have a major cleaning done or to having it preserved. It had previously been thoroughly cleaned elsewhere and she wore it for a photo shoot and got a couple spots on it. She has no interest in preserving it so it was great that they weren't pushy about doing it. Very polite, did a great job and didn't charge me 150.00 like other places were quoting me (it was under 100.00 to have it done!) I highly recommend them.

The owners are very friendly and efficient, and I am very impressed and grateful for their exceptional service. The nice lady was able to do a rush alteration job for me, even though it was totally my fault for leaving it so late. But she was great and pulled my out of a jam by hemming my son’s uniform pants in time for the first day of school. I promise not to ask for rush alternations in the future! Thank you!!
