Great experience today at Vac Connection. Brought in a vacuum with a plugged hose which I purchased at another retailer. As it was an easy fix they did not charge me. Great customer service!No trying to sell me their products or services. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

Top notch service and products. Cannot say enough positive about this business and the proprietors!!!. Motor on central vac canister died on saturday. On tuesday morning following Duncan promptly and professionally installed a new one!! Reasonably priced new unit. Went over to the store a few days later with a separate issue concerning the wand and powerhead connectors. George promptly took care of the issue and made the parts like new again!! No charge friendly service. No hesitation giving Vac Connection a 5 star rating. Well deserved!!!! Thanks again guys

If your vacuum suddenly not working , the first thing we thinking is damn , time to buy a new vacuum, I am so glad I found this place, George is sooo nice and fixed my vacuum the very next day . And it only cost me less than 50 dollars . He even cleaned for me . I highly recommend this place. Great experience

Phone charger (small square) went into our central vac hose. Could not get it out. Really no suction. Could not vacuum properly. Took it into the VacConnection. Fixed within minutes! Thought I’d need to pay hundreds for a new kit. Nope! So happy. Nicest people. Honest and good work:)
