Don't buy a truck at lounsbury , the paint is no good and they won't warranty it

I bought a vehicle in NS from a dealership, the gentleman was nice enough to actually call there with his credit card to get it fixed. The issue from the start was electronic they thought but the car had a after market command start, the car went twice kept it even overnight, they fixed breaks that were already fixed plus, I told them that they cruise was not working , back wheel still a clicking sound, this was told to Gary many times ( as I dealt with him) so in total my car spent about 20 hours or more in shop to have the same issues almost as before. I called the dealership in NS to advise them to make sure to check his credit card they probably ripped them off. Unless something I am not aware of, this is highway robbery, I feel bad for this gentleman that agreed to pay the fees to get it fixed. Then I call back the Monday to speak with the service department, I was told as follows that, if I was in NS to go see the person who sold me the car? This is after they charges him over $1400 for work not done. I was told by a gentleman by the name of Gary that it was their fault I was sold a lemon? And to go where I bought it to get it fixed?? The intention in all this was to fix the vehicle after Mr. Battist blindly gave his credit card to the people of trust that did not do their work. If it had not been for me reaching out and getting really upset nothing would have been done. You need to do things in a proper manner, you cannot deal with people like that because they felt like being unprofessional In their way of dealing with me from the beginning. Now I am going back a third time hopefully they will fix the vehicle, what they did was not right, as far as I am concern I would not suggest anyone going there. My experience with them was horrible. I also think it’s because I am gay they thought I was going to sit there and take it, I don’t think so. If I could give it -10 stars I would horrible service

We always bought our vehicles at another dealer, after a recent experience we decided to check out Lounsbury, just happened to come across Ryan and so happy we did. It was the easiest, smoothest process ever thanks to Ryan. He went above and beyond for us. Ben is finance is also awesome and so great to work with. Went in to get a new vehicle and trade in the old, the service I received from the General Manager was outstanding, fast, and the sale rep assigned to me was quick to get things done and courteous and I was in and out in no time and got exactly what I was looking for.
