We had Jefferey come out and do a home inspection on a house were buying, and right away he was up on the roof, taking pictures, documenting every little thing so he could give us the most detailed report to ease our minds. He made sure the experience was smooth and stopped to talk to us about any questions we had. He made us feel like we were working as a team together, not just a hired hand. I recomend Jefferey 100% for his trustworhiness and his down to earth attitude in making sure we were satisfied and content with his findings. Two thumbs way up for him!

Jeffrey was on time, thorough (on the roof, in the attic and all other available spaces), had all the necessary equipment and used it.His report was extensive and he took the time to go through it with us verbally and answered any questions we had.His written report was consistent with his verbal presentations. No surprises.A copy of the written report was presented promptly and allowed us to move forward in our purchase of the home.We would not hesitate to entrust Jeffery with another home inspection.

Jeffrey from Pillar to Post was very professional and approachable. He was very thorough, and answered our questions both as the inspection was being conducted, and at the end when he went over the findings with us. He was also available by email and phone after we received the full report the next day.The detailed report, complete with pictures and description of everything that will need repairs either now or in the future, was very helpful in making the final decision.We would highly recommend Jeffrey to any prospective home buyers and/or sellers alike.
