Really convenient location for me, when I am in the city, which is not often anymore, what with the working remote, which I'm not giving up. Fresh selections are pretty good for grab and go.

The Market by Longo's at Brookfield Place
I grabbed two granola yogurt in the morning on August 15 from this location - was in a rush thus didn’t ask for a receipt after tapping my card. My visa was later on charged a completely different amount vs. the amount that i saw when I tabbed my card. This has been by far the most ridiculous experience that I have ever had - make sure you request a receipt from this location and double check on the amount they charged you - as they might screw you up if you are too busy to check it yourself.

I liked it because of the unique food products. The fresh bar is very tasty. Prices are on the high side so I just come here once in a while.

Salad bar is well presented and has quite the variety. Sometimes stop by for pizza too. Price is slightly high if you compare it with other competing supermarkets. Tiny, but you can grab some necessities relatively quickly.

Stopped by today for both breakfast and lunch. Prices are high but it's so convenient. Love that the salad bar was open at breakfast... Wanted something healthy. The hot lunch bar was great with poached salmon filet and grilled veggies available. I'll be back.

Went to get hot peppers and ALL of them had fungus growing. Almost vomited on the spot from the sight of all the rotten produce. Longo's is supposed to be held to higher standards to justify their prices. This was disgusting.

I organize events for my teams and Fahmida told me to contact her . she will take care of everything. and she did and she did it above and beyond my expectations. she is so professional and helpful. i appreciate you Fahmida. thank you for your service, you deserve Employee of the Year. every time i visit the store. she always greets her customers with a big smile. You know she is passionate about her career. she makes her customers feel welcome and at ease. Thank YOU Fahmida for all your help.

Outstanding grocery store! Located in Brookfield place, Longo’s is connected to Toronto’s Path system, and just a short walk from Union Station. They feature a wide selection of produce, dry goods, desserts, ready to go hot food items, a coffee bar, and a build-your-own salad bar. On top of all this, they make fresh personal size pizzas, sandwiches, and sushi. A great place for lunch or takeaway dinner options.

I had to take a few minutes to write a review about the amazing customer service at this Longos store. The staff at 181 Bay are the most hospitable and kind workers in a retail store that i have ever come across, everyone was super kind, willing to help and service with a smile - totally top notch. I have to mention one particular person by name though, she is Fahmida. I am with a new company in 181 Bay & needed assistance with a large catering order & this little lady went above and beyond to serve me, she was also multitasking with the biggest smile, very professional, super kind and sweet & unphased by my larger order, the massive line up at cash & people needing assistance from every side. I was totally amazed & thought how fortunate this store is to have such an amazing employee working for them . Fahmida is exceptional & totally deserved me to send a review, hope she reads reviews for her store - you must shop here. The store is clean and neat and the staff and fantastic. SAS Canada
