Rockyview Medical Clinic (Calgary Walk in and Family Practice)
WORST clinic ever! Booked us an appointment but had to wait 70 minutes to see a doctor!!! What’s the meaning of the appointment? Front desk did not even apologize for their screw up. Our original family doctor left the clinic, there seems to be a lot of doctors coming and leaving. Probably because the place is mismanaged? I would give this clinic negative stars if possible. Moving all my family members to other clinic and advising everyone to stay away! Ps, clean the consultation rooms properly.

Me and my family are patients of this clinic for many years. We were patients from different clinics in Calgary during last 8 years and this clinic is the best option.All doctors are very educated and professional. All staff is very friendly and very supportive all the time. All my appointments were booked based on my best timing and my convenience. All referrals and prescriptions were send timely .Me and my family are very happy for being patients of this clinic. We a completely satisfied all services provided by Rockyview Medical Clinic.100% recommend !

There is no queue at this clinic, who can see a doctor is at the discretion of the front desk, often making clients wait 1.5 hours then go home themselves later

Alexandra is the angel of mercy. Whenever we come to this clinic, she greets us with a smile and nice face. Patients have priority with her and she really helps , she eases the difficulties...... I appreciate her behaviour and wish her success... Of course, I advise everyone to seek treatment and visit Dr. Ahmed Abu Hilaleh and Dr. Lavoa , they are among the best family doctors in Calgary.

Rockyview Medical Clinic (Calgary Walk in and Family Practice)
Used to be a great office but recently my doctor here (Dr. Abuhelala) hasnt seem to care, he hasn't helped with any of my recent issues!!!Also everytime I call i get put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time, which when I'm forced to wait like that, is a major trigger to my mental health!! Theese guys have lost there respect they used to have toward mentally challenged patients!!

I booked an appointment for my booster shot here. The staff were really friendly and answered any questions I had about the form.After filling out the form, I was put into a room right away. The doctor came in quickly after and asked questions about my medical history and any previous reactions to the covid vaccine. He gave lots of good information about what to expect after the booster.Overall, I quite liked the experience more the my first two shots at a different clinic.

It was an excellent experience at Rockyview Medical Clinic! We walked in this morning and the nice Lady at the reception was very friendly, kind, and understandable! After we finished COVID-19 self test, she was able to quickly fill us into the morning schedule! The waiting time was reasonable! Dr.Ahmed was a very responsible and caring doctor! He was very patiently listening to ours need and even went above and beyond to what we were expecting to have! Such an amazing professional! Thank you very much Dr. Ahmed! We will definitely come back whenever needed. Highly recommended!

I honestly cannot stress enough on how amazing Dr.Ahmed Abuhelela is!! He is the most genuine, informative, professional and honest doctor I have ever come across. It was always a struggle for me to find a doctor to listen to my concerns and to assist in addressing them. After going to him I was able to get back in good health just because he really takes the time to listen and address concerns. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who is seeking medical attention! Thank you Dr.A and staff for the wonderful job you all do!

One of the best experiences I've had at a medical clinic. I've gone twice so far, and both were pleasant visits. They're always efficient and friendly.I plan to make this my new official medical clinic.
