They were good tell i paid up front and then didnt keep the cube tell For more then a week and they owe me 180.00$ and wont pay me and I sit on the phone for hrs and still wont pay me rip off

All contact with this company has been positive. They answered all my questions & even offered suggestions about my move. It's just the beginning of this move. The container arrived as arranged. The driver was helpful in suggesting where it could be positioned & how to operate the roll-door. & even showed me how to lock it for maximum security. So far so good.

Our experience with Cubeit has been awesome, the customer service is top notch. They keep you informed from when they deliver the container to when they drop it off.I would like to suggestion that they change the hooks in the container to have hooks on every panel, it made it very frustrating when packing for a long distance haul on where the hooks where located.

When I contacted Cubeit it was a very stressful time Everyone I spoke with at Cubeit were wonderful. They were very solution based when helping me and came up with a plan that would work. Not only that, but they did this with a smile in their voice and a genuine caring attitude.I found the people at Cubeit had a solution to our moving problem. I really appreciate their help and will call them again without hesitation.

Quite an experience when one puts their stuff in a storage container. Firstly, I chose the 20ft container for a 3 bedroom townhouse. 2 of the rooms I have don't have beds or dressers, so it would have been an extremely tight fit if I had those items.When the container was dropped off I wasn't home and there were some issues, but I called cubeit when I got home and an advisor named Brian was super helpful, professional and a consummate gentleman. He fixed the issue, which was a big issue, in no time.flat.All in all...great service; great value; very responsive...I highly recommend them

Did a big move, had movers, had a storage unit and a Cube/Pod from Cubeit storage. All worked out great, but if I had to do it again, why did I do so many truck loads to the storage unit, when I could have had another Cubeit Pod....would have been much easier and actually a bit cheaper. Great company, very responsive and the drivers are amazing.

Not only did they have a unit available to rent, they had it in my driveway the next day. Prices are competitive. Customer service was exceptional.

Excellent customer service, always willing and able to work with my needs. Drivers are skilled and polite and careful. This will be my third move with them as a great part of the moving solution. My parents loved using them and so did my sister for their moves. Would do it again and am currently doing so.

We have just moved and done renovations and nothing went to plan. I am so glad we used Cubeit for moving as it gave us the flexibility to pack and unpack at our leisure, still have access to the belongings we need when we need them. We used two cubes. (One at a time on our driveways) and we also used the secure storage. Cubes were always picked up and dropped off as per schedule (which allowed us to reduce costs by storing on our drive the maximum time we could and minimize the costs of storing at their yard). Cubes were returned in same state I packed them. Nothing shifted Delivery staff was always polite and courteous. I will need to empty my garage in the spring as I didn’t have time to paint it before loading it. I will be renting a cube to put on my driveway that week It is very convenient and is cheaper and easier than loading into the truck to take to a storage locker

I would love to give 5 stars but unfortunately the fact that they don't do drop-offs or pick-ups on weekends huge for me. When you have to move on a Saturday because that's when you get possession of your new home, and you lose possession of your previous home on a Sunday, then you really want your Cube delivered on a Saturday so your movers can move the contents for you. I'd be willing to pay extra for Saturday delivery.
