Would not use services again.Paid close to $9000.00 to have a sprinter van delivered from St John’s NL to Vancouver BC.Van took 27 days to arrive and in very very poor condition. This is a brand new van but was handled very poorly. Dirt, mud, and rust from clothes/coveralls all over seats, door panel and steering wheel.On the flip side Joseph and Shelly provide great customer service.

Shipped my car from Downtown Toronto to Vancouver, BC and am extremely happy with their service. The car was picked up on time and delivered 2 weeks early!! Livingston quoted me the same amount except no door to door service and had to pay a deductible for any insurance claims. I saved myself having to waste time dropping off in Scarborough and picking up in Delta, BC. I should also add that I only found out about Hansen’s because they were recommended by the Porsche dealership where I bought my car. Super happy with the customer service as well. Overall, great experience.

Got my vehicle shipped here from Ontario. Arrived in immaculate condition. Any delays are because of CP rail. Can’t go wrong with their pricing and service. Nothing but good to say about them!

Janelle Daley and Amanda Cain from the head office in Toronto and Joseph Tam from the Delta location were all extremely helpful. The vehicle arrived in excellent condition. I highly recommend Hansen’s for vehicle transportation.

Shelly is very professional, kind and responsible. She always answered my emails quick with detailed explanation. Awesome and appreciate your responses! A little bit nervous when shipping a car from Toronto to Vancouver. But they did an excellent job, and I am fully satisfied with their services. The price is reasonable, the tracking system is updated and user-friendly, the condition of car is good and being well taken care of, the staff Shelly and Joseph are super nice and friendly!! Absolutely amazing car shipping experience. Highly recommend you choose them for the services!!

Great experience shipping a vehicle I purchased from out of province. Shipped from Toronto to Vancouver. Cost was just over $1300 for a Toyota Tacoma.They have a great tracking service on their website which was updated regularly. The truck arrived quite quickly once it started to move. It was picked up on the 16th near Toronto and arrived in Vancouver at their yard on the 24th.Very happy with the service. While the dealership did all of the booking and setup for me the staff at the pickup location in Delta were very friendly. No complaints at all!

I got my car shipped from Toronto to Vancouver and everything went smoothly from the start to the end. All staff was friendly and their shipment track system worked well. I really enjoyed my experience with them and I recommend them to anyone who wants to get their car long distance shipped.Edited: I wish I could remember the inspectors' names both at Vancouver & Toronto terminals and thanked them here. Especially the person at Vancouver terminal because of his helpful information as to how to do the paperwork for my license plate.

Absolutely wonderful service from Hansen's. I had my vehicle shipped from Ontario to B.C. and the process couldn't have been more smooth. The customer service was quick and fantastic. I am extremely happy about the fact that my vehicle arrived a week before the due date, and without any scratches, dings, etc. I would highly recommend using Hansen's. Should I need their services in the future, I will definitely use them as my vehicle shipping provider.

Hansen's shipped 2 vehicles my SUV and my son's sports car from Toronto to Vancouver. The total experience from beginning from quotes, to pick up at origin to pick up at Delta destination was awesome. Thanks to Debbie for the quotes, and Joseph for the professional and friendly pick up service. Prices are reasonable and the service is A1:)))
