From the moment we placed the order with RAM Manufacturing, it was clear we made the right decision. From order clarity, follow up accuracy and timelines met, we were very happy with this team. The install assistance was incredible and it was clear from the moment that crates were opened on site that we were in good hands. I highly recommend RAM Manufacturing. Stay away from this company. I signed an agreement with them and paid a deposit then when I need the elevator to be installed after few months of the agreement, they informed me that the price has increased by 30%!! Also they have changed everything in the agreement like payment schedules!!that happened because their representative has left the company and the new one has changed the agreement.What is the benefit of signing an agreement and paying a deposit?!!I tried many time to reach to their management department but I couldn’t.This company doesn’t respect their agreements.After all of this, they don’t want to give me my deposit back!!!

My motor died on my power lift which was bought with a government grant. Bought a new motor and dies on me 3/4 of the way up? Am in a power wheelchair weighing 350 and am 180 pounds. Never had this problem with the old motor!I have MS and don't feel safe as will not use this in winter time!

You folks are awesome!We ordered a porch lift from Accessibility Professionals and they informed us RAM in Edmonton manufactured the unit.It arrived much more quickly than expected and we were able to install it it the day after it arrived.And the unit matched our requirements and expectations exactly.And the design and quality of materials are spot on.My lifetime career has been in engineering and design and I have done a lot of design work. And so I appreciate good work when I see it.Hats off to you guys. You do good work!Wonderful to see a good product made right here in Canada!Thank you.

When we chose RAM we made the right decision! We love the Stratus, we use it as an appliance to lift groceries, furniture and wood for our wood stove. We now have the confidence that we can stay in our home throughout retirement without worrying about stairs. Dave in sales was hands on through-out the process and has followed-up to ensure we are satisfied. We highly recommend the RAM Stratus.
