Murphy's Landing Creekside & Lakefront Cabin & RV Resort

Comfortable, cozy cabins. We booked Murphy's Landing for a 3 day stay in Nakusp. From first contact to departure Barb was helpful, informative and professional. We stayed in cabin two, it was spotlessly clean, full kitchen with everything we needed. Very comfortable bed queen bed. It was quite a snowy weekend and the cabin was very warm, heated by electric base board heaters with thermostats in every room.Beautiful central location close to the lake and and easy stroll to the town centre. Very peaceful and quiet.Would totally recommend this place, and will definitely be back to stay again.

This place is one of kind! The resort lifestyle versus a Municipal Campground makes your stay an experience. It is it's own Oasis, minutes from Downtown Nakusp. With options of full service sites, or the beautiful home away from home Cabin's, you will not regret booking a stay at Murphy's Landing. Private Beach Lagoon, serene creek atmosphere, private walking trails, it truly is a place of beauty! If you haven't booked or visited Nakusp yet, I suggest you put this on your BC Bucket List. You will be a returning camper.

The campsite is beautiful but it also has no washrooms so you need to be self contained. We were told to get water and use the sani at the gas station across the road which was fine but could be inconvenient. There was major construction going on which wasn't shared when we booked. Our campsite was occupied when we arrived at five pm but luckily they had a different no service site to put us into. This mixup ended up being a blessing because we were way further from the noise and construction. I'm sure when they finish all of the work it will be a nice place but with no services for over $50 per night next to machinery working all day, it sure wasn't our favorite stop on our trip.

Amazing!!! We have just got home from a wonderful stay at Murphys Landing in Grandpas cabin. We had an amazing week and will be back next year. The property was beautiful!!! The photos we saw prior to our arrival were great, but in person everything was even better! The cabin had everything and more (bbq, comfy bed, kitchen stuff) and was very clean & welcoming.
This was such a peaceful enjoyable holiday and we are looking forward to next year! Thank you for a great, peaceful holiday!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for his birthday weekend. Booking was easy and quick. Prices are great. The cabin was so clean and bright. It's a very quiet spot. But close to town even though it doesn't feel like it.

Beautiful spot, quiet clean close to lake and town. Barb is very easy to talk to and answer ANY questions.The private beach is first class along with the dog beach. Trails are clean and easy to walk and the creek is very relaxing.My only complaint is maybe next time she could order some nice sunny weather. :-)We will return, be prepared! Barb

This place is absolutely wonderful! Barb was friendly, welcoming and informative. Our cabin was extremely clean and set up beautifully with a full sized fridge and stove, very, very comfortable! Barb's stories of her family's history and community connections really painted an incredible picture. The grounds are perfectly maintained with lots of beautiful meandering paths to explore. Truly a great experience! Hope to go back again soon!

The beautiful quiet and relaxed town of Nakusp. What a peaceful stay. This RV resort was a peaceful haven and absolutely deserves 5 stars. Barb you have a beautiful place and your care for it shows in how its run and maintained. Beautiful large RV sites with power water and sewer hookups. Wifi is free and most have lots of shade from large trees.Beautiful creek running through the resortPrivate beach area with clean sandLocal town beachfront is only 1.5km walk through the trails awayArrow lakes is large clear and quiet, if a little chilly! Our second visit to this very quiet, very large and yet isolated feeling experience. Self contained sure but water , 50 Amp Service , private beach, pool and walking bike paths to town. Huge spaces with lots of room between neighbors. Love it all and will try to make it a yearly experience.
