Katelyn is fantastic. Great at figuring out what I need and help with any foot issues I'm dealing with. She is always pleasant and professional and extremely knowledgeable. Receptionists are lovely as well.

The whole team is amazing!I’m 8 months pregnant diagnosed with leg thrombosis and they helped me choose the right stockings, showed me the whole process of properly putting them on and taking care of them and (most importantly for me right now) Tristan spent around half an hour putting them on for me for the first time!She’s so sweet and helpful, I really appreciate her help!Everyone in the team is truly amazing, thank you once again!

I went in to Kinetic Konnection on Wednesday to buy a back support. I am trying to avoid getting a hump in my back. The lovely young woman who helped me was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely go back, and would highly recommend that place to anyone.

Customer service was 11/10. From the moment I walked into the door until the moment I left I had the assistance that I needed. The individuals who helped me knew what they were talking about and helped me decide between multiple braces for my knee.Excellent customer service. Great place.
