Nasty gravy and chicken. It’s been a terrible experience every time I went to eat at this KFC. Actually, I feel a bit sick now. The gravy and chicken are tasteless and don’t have any seasoning. They messed up the KFC recipe for sure.

I bought a the 20 pieces variety bucket and it absolutely the worst KFC I have ever tasted even the gravy have no taste, chicken flavourless, popcorn chicken was flavourless.They also don’t answer their phone No service. We had to use ketchup and sauces to eat our meals. Just hands down the worst KFC EXPERIENCE EVER. I don’t know how they can mess up KFC original recipe it should all be premixed it’s like little seasoning no salt flavourless. No wonder LA chicken is so busy. Would not recommend them at all. Terrible every way you look at it.

This is the worse experience from Dec 23 , 2021, I have not reported to anyone because I know its holiday seasons , so I had given them more than enough time to get back to me, I filled out the contact (required) forms for four times , I had called the store, the staff told me that their manager is coming back in Saturday Jan 1, 2022, but I had not heard back from any of them nor KFC whatsoever , I even called in the same day that had this raw chicken sandwich before this store closed , but no one picked up the phone. This is unacceptable , absolutely horrible, I had given so much time waiting for the feedback or emails contact, I had received nothing not even an apology from this horrible experience , I filled out this survey KFC they sent me after I bought this meal, all they had given me a free popcorn asked if I would accept this for the apology of a raw chicken sandwich! This is RIDICULOUS! This is so frustrating that they did wrong , and I was the one that had a bite into this sandwich and swallowed before I realized inside was completely raw. Tell me what you guys would do if you were in the same situation.

Oh man! These guys are so fast that I have to write amazing. I got pickup order within 1 min of ordering and smoking hot. Best so far. The receipts also good.

1. Chicken is dry and flavorless2. The salad is borderline rotten - spoiled3.the soda drinks are dilutedIf whoever runs this place is pocketed the profit by cutting ingredient quality costs, congratulations….

The smell of kfc hits you as soon as you open the door a crack. The fragrance of herbs and spices and hot oil must be one of the more recognizable smells in North America.The food is consistant, hot and brown. The deals are always worth it. Gravy is a must with everything.The service is friendly, fast and efficient.

Dont eat here. The chicken is terrible like being left for long time. All the powder and skin came off easily when i just touch. The food was not even hot at all. French fries is soft like strings. Look like they dont have many customer so the food is left over time and they used it to serve next customers. Called in to complain right away when we were still in the parking lot. Brought the box back in a min and they said thats their style, the Chicken should not be crispy. I have been to many Kfc but never not served a NON- crispy chicken like this. First and last time eating here. Worst customer service ever.

Very bad attitude, even the manager!!! I show up coupon for $12.99, ends up the price is $15.99.. I ask what’s the coupon for? She said she can’t do anything!!! Bad attitude!!Remember to check the food!!! Always missing something!!!!

Took 30 mins to get a 4 piece chicken from this place. My order was handed to the 2nd customer that came after me, realizing it was the wrong order the customer brought it back and the cashier took it and was trying to give it to me. I had to let her know I wanted a new one instead of the one handled by another customer.

It was either an off day or this location, but I recall KFC chicken tasting better, it was very bland, and gravy not taste so water down, but I literally scoop a spoonful and barely have any taste, however it looks normal in terms of thickness and color.
