My son's appointment was booked with Ashton and I was very pleased with the service that he provided. Very well and professional. He took his time to examine my son's issue and provided all the answers to the questions. Took almost an hour to examin and made sure all the area and concerns were addressed. I've been going here for almost 20 years- back when it was Ernie taking care of people's feet. I've been to Ashton over the course of 5 years and I'm not willing to go anywhere else.Ashton is tremendously knowledgable. He's also a great listener, good at working with the crowd he is with (he fit my 12 year old son and explained things at a level my child could understand and made it interesting!) and has very good advice to help get people walking.His attention to detail and his passion for feet is very evident. Ashton and Ebrahim provided my mom an excellent service and treat customers with exceptional care. Ashton helped her with her orthotics that made all the difference since standing all day long as a sales associate and guided her in finding the best shoes and even stretched them for her to fit her feet with which she has so many problems with. She has been going in their clinic for many years and recommended them to all her friends and associates. They solved all her problems that she has with her feet. Amazing service!

Excellent service at the WMC. Ashton Lo took the time to listen to what I had to say and made sure that I was well taken care of. The orthotics I received are very comfortable. He arranged a follow-up for a month later to ensure all was good and made some minor adjustments for me with no problem. This is a very professional clinic - one I would highly recommend.

It was a great experience! Ashton was very thorough. He took the time to evaluate my gait and explained what orthotics can and can’t do. Very honest information and no hard sell. I picked up my orthotics today. Nicole, the receptionist is lovely. All in all, a great experience with no pressure. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

I've been a patient at Walking Mobility since I was in high school. It's now been over 10 years and I have no intention on switching locations. The staff have always been good to me.I appreciate Ashton's commitment to his patients. He is knowledgeable and easy to talk to, so, I have no issue expressing my concerns with him. With that being said, my concerns are being addressed as he provides external and credible sources to help my lifestyle.Furthermore, the ladies at the front desk are professional and hard working, They are always taking care of the other patients in person or on the phone. I like receiving email reminders for my appointments and the birthday wishes were cute.My experiences here are so good that my mom want to become a patient, even though she does not need a Podiatrist!So, if anyone is looking for a great, professional and helpful Walking Mobility Clinic, go and visit this location.
