Absolutely horrible service! Worst experience I've had in a gas station in years! First all the pumps are pay first. And if that wasn't inconvenient enough, when I went in to pay I first had to wait for the counter attendant woman to finish her argument with another customer where she was rude and used inappropriate language . She then proceeded to be rude to me, and then, to add insult to injury, took 2 minutes before she actually authorized the pump. Service was on April 14th 2022 at 3:00 p.m. will not be returning to that location ever again.

If I could give 0 stars I would, this location has absolutely 0 customer service skills. I was trying to get in contact with management/or owner to voice concern and the staff were dodging the situation/ignoring me/unwilling to disclose the contact info to reach their superior.

Public chargers are accessible(visible) but will not activate through common apps like chargepoint and Flo. The CCS would not disengage from our car so we were stranded. Beware you must have the shell app to use this charger. We have been an EV family for years, this isn't our first rodeo. We had our young kids in the car and it was -15 that day. Car would not allow us to use heat until the plug was disengaged. I had to install their app, add funds for the charger to let go of our car. I wouldn't use this network again even if they paid me.

I think it's new owners, well atleast new employee working there late nights. Just had the worst experience. Got denied lotto ticket for no reason. He said he wants extra proof on top of my government driver's license. Asked to see me sin card... Who carries a sin sin for lotto.... Showed him my credit card and my health card along with my G license Ontario driver's license. He said he can deny whoever he wants. Fire this man.

They are disguisting. There is no soap in the washroom. A decent human being put some soap from dollarama if they are so cheap. I told the lady at reception about it and she was like don’t have. I should have spent my money at some gas station where they are about customers. Soap and washroom is must at gas stations.
