Southpointe Pet Hospital

Don't recommend. Fine if you work within their schedule and book appointments, but sick animals don't always let you know in advance, in which case, they will recommend you go elsewhere when your animal is in distress. Seems money is priority over animals here. I'm curious, is this place privately owned or part of a bigger outfit only after profit?

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Cheyenne! She was so knowledgeable, kind, and patient with us as we went through the (difficult and lengthy) process of travelling abroad with our cockatiel Liberty. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had, and clearly has a passion for her work! Thank you again Dr. Cheyenne and Southpointe Vet Hospital - we could not have brought Liberty home without you! ❤️

Unfortunately I didn’t find South Pointe until the end of my beloved dog’s life. Dr. Kyle and the rest of the staff were so compassionate, kind, and supportive throughout that incredibly difficult decision. This will be our vet when we are ready to have a pet again.

We’ve been taking our dog Baxter to this clinic for 8 or 9 years now, since we first rescued him. All of the vets and technicians and support staff are absolutely amazing. They’re patient and kind and compassionate and understanding. They truly go above and beyond in everything they do. I love that they really seem to know all the dogs and owners. They have great hours and respond to emails right away. I was worried when our regular vet (that we love) told us that she’d be transitioning to hospice care primarily and we wouldn’t be able to see her as much in the clinic anymore. However, the new vet that she paired us with is just as smart and caring as she is. Love this clinic ❤️

Great experience! The staff were very kind. The Vet was understanding of my financial situation and recommended the best treatment for my cat for what I can afford. I really appreciated that.

Dr Alyssa Eslinger was so amazing. We found her in Mollys last year and it was so helpful. The house visits eased the stress of vet visits and she was always so caring and offered various treatment options. Losing a pet is quite possibly one of the worst experiences but dr Alyssa made it perfect for molly and treated her and us with genuine care and compassion. I could not have gotten through it without her. I recommend palliative care to anyone with a senior dog. Thank you!!!

Dr. Kyle absolutely loves cats. I'm sure he loves dogs too, but I didn't bring a dog. He treated my cats with respect and care. He was very thorough with the annual check-up, even though one of my guys is really squirmy. He gave treatment options for arthritis and gave very good advice. I fully trust Dr. Kyle, after I saw how caring he is for my pets. Would highly recommend him if you're looking for a vet.

Dr. Cheyenne’s care plan for my 15yr old chinchilla has improved her quality of life drastically! She is thriving again thanks to Dr. Cheyenne’s delicate touch and thoughtful expertise. I appreciate how quickly Southpointe Pet Hospital was able to fit us in when we needed urgent care, and how they took the time to make sure we understood our options. Thank you so much!
