Just had Jared come out to help us out with our fire place. He did an excellent job the first time we had him out to change our hot water tank and now to help us out with our fire place. He was incredibly helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend requesting him as your technician. Thanks for the great service and will see you again in the future.

In late spring 2022, our furnace would activate when the thermostat triggered for heat but the unit wouldn't fire-up & operate. Since it wasn't an urgent need, we waited until September to call & have it repaired. I called GM Mechanical at around 8:45am. The gentleman I spoke with took some info & told me a service man would call when he was on his way. That wait was only two hours. The service man was very professional. He systematically diagnosed the problem & it was repaired within 15 minutes.I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has an issue with their HVAC system.

After trying for 2 weeks to get another company to call me back regarding a repair for my garage heater, I called GM Mechanical. They had a technician out to my home that afternoon, the problem was identified and parts were ordered. Three days later my heater was back in service. Excellent service by knowledgeable staff and I would not hesitate to call on them again.

I have been using GM Mechanical for about the past 10 years. I have always found them to be responsive and competitively priced. I recently decided to complete a full mechanical room renovation, replacing the furnace, hot water heater, water softener and added AC. At the top of the requirements was a quiet reliable high efficiency furnace to replace the original 20 year old mid efficiency unit. I didn't even go to the market for quotes. I went straight to GM Mechanical. The quality of the product installed is incredible. The furnace is super quiet as is the tankless water heater. There were some additional last minute services requested to add a gas outlet, repair a faucet and replace a thermostat. EVERYTHING was taken care of immediately and professionally. The technicians are conscientious, friendly and respectful. I just can't say enough good things about GM Mechanical. I feel fortunate to have them taking care of my needs.

I had Jared( I hope I remembered his name correctly) at my house on this very snowy morning; he was on time, very professional and friendly! He fixed my leaky faucet in my master bath with ease and with no mess!!I have been using G.M. As always, great people and great service. They can always be counted on to do the job once and do it right. Joe and Shane took care of getting us some important replacement parts for our IBC boiler system for our home. We live in a remote area and don't have a local source for parts. I had GM Mech install a new Furnace, A/C and tankless water heater. Joe was always available to answer questions with the estimate and gave me different options to pick from. He also ended up saving me money on permits. The installation went great Mike, Nathan and Roger where very professional.The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is the warranty program. On the estimate it says parts and labor are included but then when you go to register the equipment Lennox wants to charge you 900$ for labor warranty and you need to have a maintenance plan (didn't have the time to check how much that is)

Love these guys, I had numerous quotes to get our furnace replaced and I even got a quote from Reliance (which is dangerous given their reputation for cheap but shotty work).Not only did GM Mechanical beat them, but their installations with fast and professional. Also, had them install a new water heater and a gas stove for our basement.It's hard to find a company you can trust and are competitive for pricing.Well done guys!
