Went to get gas at shell. The price was $133.9. then I was told to pay inside first. I had no problem with that. Paid $20.00 by debit. Went to the pump lifted the handle to pump the gas and the price was 142.9 They change the price on me. Then they said they processed a refund, so they said but couldn't provide a receipt. Told me it was 3 days to receive the refund. I had no cash on me. My tank was on fumes. I was stuck at the station for an hour. Phoned my bank. No refund. I had $2.00 in my account. They told me I had to repurchase gas at $142.9 in order to get home which was 1 1/2 hours away. I had to go into overdraft protection in order to get home. That's gonna cost me another $5.00. Crooks. The owner threatened me over the phone. They took my money and gave me no gas. Stay away from this station. They will rip you off. I still haven't got my refund yet. And they charged me twice.

Love this gas station with the pull through car wash. They just need to rearrange their garbage cans. They are out too far in the turn for the car wash

Heads up! Shell is overcharging 4.8 cents extra per liter tonight. After I filled up I looked across the street to see Canadian tire and Petro Canada were both cheaper. When I told the cashier, he said he knows that they are charging extra and the prices are set from head office. This would be my last time at shell.

Dont know from where they hire mili the worst experience in whole barrie. Mili thinks i was gonna run out without paying and judge me as fraudster when i just open the door to my car just to get my phone

Stopped at this store a few times at 5 am and There’s no attendant! AndNo answer when I knock on the window repeatedly !!! They are supposed to be conveniently at the edge of the 400 well I’ll tell you that’s the last time I ever go there it was a waste of my time to stop there again I needed stuff out Of the store and no one was there ! ITS A 24/7 gas bar !! But garbage service and I’ll calling the owner now ! EFF YOURSELF!

I usually buy gas from this station but today I didn't recieve the service I usually expect. The girl working there in the afternoon did not turn on the gas pump for me to get gas. I tried a couple times and nothing. I go inside and she was serving a customer so I patiently waited. After the customer leaves she goes back to her phone while I waited for 3 minutes. She continues to ignore me so I left and got good service at Petro Canada.

It's a gas station. It has a car wash. It's not too bad. But....trying to get into it and back out due to the location can be painful. You better not be in a hurry!

Bit dated, but works fine.

One of the worst car wash ever.Never had a good experience and always there is a problem with car wash.Complaint so many times but management doesn’t want to take any responsibility and no improvement at all.This is the nearest car wash otherwise we will never come back here!!Even 1star is too much for review, should have negative ratings.Hopefully they improve

My van broke down on Monday. I was able to pull into the parking lot. The young man on midnight shift was extremely helpful going out of his way to be helpful. I want to publicly thank him for going way beyond what he had to do. When ever I am in Barrie early in the day I will be sure to use this gas station because of his friendly help. Thank you.
