me and my boyfriend were just in there. i ordered a double quarter pounder and only got one patty on my burger. my boyfriend ordered a big mac with no cheese and no mac sauce and got both mac sauce and cheese on his. we also wanted to put bacon on his big mac so we ordered bacon on the side and we didnt even get that. no napkins in the bag no straws in our bag. and everyone that talked to us today were very rude for no reason. mcdonalds used to be my favorite place but yep no not anymore.

The manager at the Saint Clair McDonalds has his hands full with the people under him. It took forever to get our food. When it finally came, we were missing several items. Matt took good care of us. I would fire every one of his workers. They were being disrespectful and treated us with contempt.

I’ve been here 3 times in the past few months, each time I’ve had the exact same problem.I’ll preface this by saying that I like to give restaurant employees the benefit of the doubt, and I’m well aware that food can’t be 100% perfect 100% of the time.However, every single time I’ve been at this location my food comes out burnt.My buns get burnt, my chicken is cooked way too long and it’s dry, it just frankly tastes so gross.A little bit of overcooking every now-and-then I can tolerate or just ignore, but it’s been every single time and it’s pretty much totally charred black buns. This last time I went my pickles were also very brown which is off-putting and concerning (I had to throw them out)Please stop burning food.Giving 2 stars because at least the people working there are polite.

Can only drink sweet tea there. I have celiac disease, so I can't eat there...but we grab sweet teas daily..

Little tough to get into the driveway because of all the road construction. A little hard to maneuver the drive through because there's not much room to make a turn to pay and pick up your food especially if your driving a larger SUV.

Their mobile ordering is a joke..Everytime I use it I have problems.before I even got to the window it pulled out of my bank account and when I got to the window they said it didn’t go though on their end and the manger was so rude about it…I showed them it pulled out of my account and the manger said we’ll it didn’t go through on our end..and I said well it did on mine I have nothing but problems and the manger said we’ll then why do you come here.. clearly I come there because it’s only a McDonald’s around town..and he wouldn’t do anything for the inconvenience or give me my food!! That I clearly payed for!!

Fries were soggy and the spicy crispy chicken deluxe was an absolute mess. I know you want to be quick, but it's not appetizing to open the box and see everything just thrown in there. Btw, the shredded lettuce is horrible on this sandwich.
