Excellent customer service!!I received a CanaKit for Christmas. When I first assembled and started it up, it didn’t boot correctly. Mike took care of my issue right away. I mailed my motherboard back and they sent me a new one. The new board did the trick! Nice and easy!! Thanks for being so great to work with!!

I recently purchased one of their kits: CanaKit Raspberry Pi 4 4GB Starter PRO Kit. The kit's included parts were very durable and high-quality (No plastic adapters and/or 3D-printed, flimsy cases. Unfortunately, they forgot the cable to connect the Raspberry-pi to a monitor. Thankfully, they were very quick to send me a new one as soon as I emailed them. Great products and great service!

Not only does Cana Kit have great products, they have excellent customer service. Their customer service staff, Mike, gave great customer service. He was prompt with his responses, super helpful and informative.I was having trouble with an Amazon order of one of their great Pi Kits (I've been waiting for over a week and had heard nothing from Amazon). Mike was able to help me with my issue and he gave great directions on how to purchase directly from CanaKit.com for the same discounted price offered via Amazon. This made me feel well taken care of and reminds me of the benefit of purchasing directly with my store vs Amazon.Thanks Mike for all your help!

I purchased a basic Cana Kit on Amazon. Unfortunately, the Pi 4 didn't work out of the box. After extensive testing I was unable to get it to work. I contacted Cana Kit directly through their support email with the details of the issue and what troubleshooting I had done. Much to my delight, I received a response right away from Mike. After asking for my address, he shipped me out a new Pi 4. I received it within a few business days. The new Pi worked perfectly and I am pleased with my interaction with Cana Kit support services. Thanks Mike!

Awesome! Customer service A++++++ (Mike from cust Service)Wifi failed on a raspberry Pi. Emailed cust. service. Received a reply promptly. Followed instructions and send back failing item. Received another replay almost instantly. Replacement arriving in 2 days from initiation of first email. Never have received such fast customer service on a failing product. Amazing!I've purchased many CanaKits and this was the first time I had an issue which was resolved beyond my expectations. Keep up the awesome service. Will recommend to my friends and colleagues.

I needed a power-supply for my Raspberry Pi 400 and decided the Cana Kit had what I wanted. Unfortunately for me I failed to pay close attention to my order and requested the wrong power-supply. I emailed them and explained the situation.They write me back and say not to worry about sending it back and they put the money back on my card! Now that’s service! I’ll be buying from these folks again.

First kit arrived trashed from FedEx. Soaked in rain and missing components. Unsure what officially happened but was able to speak to Canakit support to hopefully get a replacement for class. I spoke with Mike from Canakit via email and within a day was given a very understanding response and an invoice that they were shipping a new kit out for me and would investigate with FedEx on why the first one happened the way it did. Within a half a week, I received my new kit and it was fully complete and without any external damage to the packaging. I can say I am extremely satisfied with the product and the customer service. Definitely inspires confidence to shop with them again.

I have been using raspberry pi by CanaKit for years. I ran into my first problem ever last night. I sent an email into their customer service and Mike responded very quickly offering to help. He quickly determined that I had tested correctly and sent me a replacement.I never hesitate to share stories of excellent customer service. You guys are awesome!

When my “CanaKit Raspberry Pi 4 8GB Extreme Kit - 128GB Edition (8GB RAM)” arrived I went through the box and found the ON/OFF switch was missing. The box included a manual that contained an eMail address for customer service at CanaKit. I fired off a request for a replacement switch… Within a few minutes I received a response from a fellow called Mike who asked me to check the box again to be sure I hadn’t overlooked the switch. I looked again and eMailed Mike that I was sure that the switch was missing. He eMailed me asking for my address. I sent it to him and with in minutes he sent me a FEDEX tracking number and told me I’d have the replacement within days… That was Friday, on Monday I had the switch in hand.WOW… Within an half an hour of my request for a replacement switch, I had the FEDEX tracking number. Thanks Mike… Truly stellar customer service.Now for the kit… First let me explain that this kit is my fifth SBC. My other four SBCs are various models of Asus TinkerBoards. When Raspberry PI came out with the PI-4 I was tempted to give it a try. I haven’t had enough time on the PI-4 to give it a fair evaluation. However I am very satisfied with the quality of the CanaKit kit. In particular I am impressed with the CanaKit case… It’s well finished and a good tight fit. Not only does it snap together easily, but just as important it is easy to open again when you want to access the board. It comes with three heat sinks and a small fan. My PI-4 idles around 50C and runs in the 60s C. I’m not a heavy user but I’m sure with heavy use the unit would stay within limits.Again I want to thank Mike for the outstanding customer service…

Cana kit customer service is fast response to the customers' inquiry. I had an issue with my Raspberry PI3B+. Within an exchange of a couple of emails they sent me a new board. I received the new board with 2 days. It is really a fast service. The customer service is fast and overall amazing.
