I needed help with replacing my park pass after an unfortunate series of events. The staff was very understanding, helpful, and friendly! Ended up staying for a chat and discussing what to do in the park. Great experience.

The staff here are excellent and really make an effort to be helpful. I was impressed. Bathrooms are clean and in good condition.We purchased some Parks Canada merchandise which is high quality.

They have some cool Parks Canada merchandise here. The staff is always helpful and there are public bathrooms here that are usually clean.
