Computer arrived as described and in very good condition, barely any signs of usage. One important thing : NOT a nano-particle of dust inside, that's a sign of professionalism and respect for the client. I searched Ebay and Amazon for a few hours before making up my mind. And here I am. Thank You !

I highly recommend this company to everyone especially for seniors who are on small pension and I am one of you . You get a very reasonable price and good quality product. Two laptop bought one for my self and another for friend. Great customer service, very reasonable price. Answer all my needs, very helpful, you get a free mouse and nice laptop bag, fast shipping and very reasonable cost. 5stars for PC mart plus. and for those who lives outside Quebec as I do, the seller do not charge you Quebec tax and that is great. All in all Happy with my purchase for my self and my friend. You do not regret buying from PC Mart Plus!

This place is like having a private consultancy, its the place to go. The staff are very kind, trustworthy, and patient with their clients, they explain to you what you require according to your needs. Very good prices and service. Most of the time they have everything in stock so you don't have to displace several times. You purchase and GO! Great place!

Great People to deal with. They are 100% honest and do their best to ensure customer satisfaction. Their ebay store is also full of computer parts (with some hard to find parts!!), and everything is in good order. 10/10 will recommend to anyone without hesitation. I do my own computer servicing myself, but I would blindly trust them to service my own computers anytime.

!!!This is the truth !!! PAYPAL even froze their company account. Why would I make up this story?!EXTREME DELAYS FOR REFUND AS THEY DIDNT EVEN REFUND YET (AFTER 18 DAYS SINCE REQUESTED)! THEY HAVE YOU CONTACT PAYPAL TO EXTEND THE REFUND DELAYS. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED DELAYS FOR REFUND FROM ANY BUSINESSES. IT'S A FIRST. BEWARE OF THAT WHEN DEALING WITH THEM.
