Sara and Jessie were literally fantastic Ive never had so much fun in a pet store and they knew all the remedies for my cats

First time attending this store after having been to several other Pet Valu locations. The ladies here went above and beyond for our dogs. We brought them in for a bath and the staff grabbed peanut butter treats for our poultry allergic dog. We also had one dog hurt her dew claw during her bath and the staff were amazing. They grabbed an anti bacterial, treats, paper towel and were so graciously helping our dog. I will be coming back again!

Went here for a dog wash only to realize they don’t offer towels for their dog wash. I’ve been to almost every pet value around this city a thousands times, this was a first for me. But the staff were nice enough to get me directions to another location where I could do what I needed . If it were not for the great attitude of the staff, I would have given zero stars

Update no longer have towels or conditioner. Not the same standards as other location. Won't be back here... go east on 23rd.Formerly was a great setup! Used the washing station. Great set-up, nice staff. Will absolutely use this again!

Extremely disappointed with the dog wash and would not recommend. Limited supplies, no towels or treats. The wash area was filthy. I’ve used Pet Valu dog washes in other locations and have been very satisfied. I will not return to this location and do not recommend it.

Absolutely ridiculous that they don't supply towels. Perhaps the owner needs to buy a washing machine & dryer. They have lost my business for sure. The manager Taylor was excellent in trying to mull things over, but still no way would I go here again.

great place, good staff, lots of helpful products, occasionally cats up for adoption.Jist a good tip though their washing/drying machine company stopped providing that service so you'll need to bring your own towel and a bag for it when it's wet to get it home if you wanna use the dog wash.

Staff are 5/5 stars. Super nice, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to help us with our dog. The two star is for the no towel issue that’s been ongoing at this location for what seems like a year. How can you have a pet wash with no towels. It’s a joke. Used to use the service regularly. Now, it’s almost as much work as doing it home if I’m bringing in my own towels. We end up shopping for treats and such at other stores because of this. There is 3 competitors within a 5 min drive of this location we now use.

I was there to wash my dogs today and was told ahead of time that they didn’t have towels.I luckily had a towel in my SUV or I would’ve had to get one at the dollar store or talk my girls elsewhere. Hopefully they’d fix this issue as the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and this location is closest to me.

Amazing staff helped me and my toddler get set up with treats, leashes and toys for our new puppy! They were so excited and had lots of great tips for a new dog owner! Thanks!
