Once again Jason did a terrific jog at organizing and booking our three week anniversary vacation in Australia. No problems, no issues the work by Jason was flawless. Jason was good enough to speak to his contact for the Indian Pacific and they announced our wedding anniversary during supper and supplied us with a cake and presents during our meal. In Feb/Mar 2023 we took a trip to Fiji, New Zealand and Australia. Downunder Travel was a professional partner for planning our trip. Their accommodation recommendations turned out perfect because they listened to what we were looking for in an experience. We had some tight/complex logistics along the way that were well planned ahead of time, had a solid local contact and went off without a hitch. Their recommendation of Fiji Air through LA was less money and high value. They work as a team and delivered us a great experience. I would recommend them highly.

Jason did a great job in setting up our itinerary for a New Zealand vacation. Our vacation was everything that we wanted. As we travelled shortly after Cyclone Gabriel we had some concerns but Jason and his local contacts in New Zealand kept an eye on things and even suggested a slight change for us to ensure the cyclone damage wouldn’t impact us. Pre-covid, I always booked my flights online without a travel agent as I thought I would be getting a better deal. When travelling during the pandemic, I decided to use an agent due to travel requirements being so complex. Booking travel arrangements online at present is a nightmare. The fine-print" in websites is often deceptive. Finding a real in-person travel agent is also a challenge. We found Jason at Downunder Travel who is absolutely reliable

Recently we used Downunder Travel Ltd to book a trip from Calgary to Perth. We were extremely happy with the service provided by Jason. He took care of booking our flights, which included an alternate route home, planning our multiple connections efficiently. He also took care of booking a resort for the two of us as well as our daughter and her husband. When we needed to make a change in lodgings for the final day of our stay in order to be closer to the airport, Jason handled this for us, finding us a nice suite twenty minutes from the airport. Throughout the process, Jason kept our budget firmly in mind. As well, he made solid suggestions for activities we might enjoy, based upon our personal interests, which helped us make plans for our time in Australia.
