Jerry is a great person: friendly, honest, very very knowledgeable - not just about the appliances but about people's needs and wants re those appliances - and very helpful. We are extremely pleased with our purchase (a Miele dishwasher), with the prompt delivery (5 days from Calgary which included a weekend), and with all the help we received. We would, and have, unhesitatingly recommended Avenue Appliance to our family and friends.

The service was exceptional from the purchase of our new Blomberg dishwasher to the delivery all while offering a quality product at a great price. Will definitely recommend Avenue Appliance and purchase from here again.

From the minute we walked into Avenue my husband and I felt both at ease and at home in the showroom. David and Faith have been so amazing to work with. We had multiple visits to the store and many decisions to make for our kitchen reno and found that David was knowledgeable, patient and fun to work with! Here are a couple photos of our new kitchen with our Fisher and Paykel Fridge and Range; our Blomberg Dishwasher, as well as our Faber Hood vent and Panasonic Microwave. The Customer Service at Avenue is outstanding. Faith, David and office staff contacted us to keep us updated with arrival dates, pickup, and delivery as well as assist us with some minor issues after installation. Fantastic customer service all around. I purchased a Blomberg washer / dryer combo from Avenue Appliance probably 4 -5 years ago.After visiting several other competitors I felt that everywhere else sales staff were just trying to sell me something, Avenue Appliance was different. They asked the right questions, gave me different options, and seemed more concerned with helping me solve my problem than making a sale.I also had purchased additional warranty / insurance for some piece of mind. Months after buying they reached out to me stating that they had only charged me for the cost of insurance for one out of the two appliances, and asked if I had wanted insurance for both. I let them know I was told it was for both appliances, and they honoured it no questions asked. At the end of the day the appliances are great quality and no warranty was required anyway. Quality service and quality products.An amazing experience that stood out from the others! The next time an appliance is needed this will be my first stop.
