Priority Print Plus

Priority Print is simply FANTASTIC. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Their customer service goes above and beyond most print shops I have ever visited. I worked with Priority Print as an employee, and they were fantastic and delivered on time constantly, and I now still work with them for my personal business. Roy - the owner, is just exceptional. He goes the extra mile to make sure what you have in mind is what ends up being produced. He is also super responsive via email and phone which makes it so easy to work with him! I definitely recommend Priority Print for anyone who is looking to get high quality prints and enjoy an amazing friendly experience.

Priority Print goes above and beyond!FedEx lost my package (that I shipped to my new address in San Francisco), then claimed they couldn't process compensation until they got a release from the shipper (which was errantly listed as Priority Print Plus instead of me). Roy went above & beyond, responding extremely promptly to my initial email, and following up with his FedEx relationships to solve my problem. I'd gladly ship with Priority Print Plus again knowing how helpful they'll be if anything goes wrong.

Worst customer service. The owner talks down to her customers. I asked her for help because someone changed the settings and her answer was “if you don’t know how to use computers… The computer is for people that know how to use it” and I know how to use a computer perfectly fine. I don’t recommend coming to this location if you want an easier experience.

I have been dealing with Priority Plus for 2 years now and being in the business myself, I know how hard it is to find a good printer/designer. They get the job done and are helpful above and beyond expectations. If you have a last minute job or a big print\ design job, they take the stress away and the end product never fails to amaze me. Always pleasant and willing to help in anyway possible!!! Love them and would recommend them to anyone who loves good quality work.

Honestly I had the best experience here! Was referred here when the original person doing my wedding invites somewhere else bailed last minute. I was panicking and Roy took me as a customer, designed my invites and had 130 (5 piece invites) done within exactly 7 days!!!! So friendly, efficient, price was very reasonable also. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

When a store has to run a second business in the shop (FedEx pickup point) that is usually a sign that they don't do well with their original business and need a second income. This place has horrible customer service, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The owners are very arrogant and won't even acknowledge this either.

Roy has been my printer since 2010 and one of the things that have kept this relationship going is his attention to detail when files are wrong or off. He will call to confirm or alert if there is any issue at all, instead of running the full job. I also love that Roy suggests new ways to work around things and is highly creative in his solutions. Always pleasant to work with and delivers on time if not sooner. Shoutout to Pearl and Jermaine who also work here and help make my experience enjoyable.

They are a great print shop! I did all my wedding, shower and baptism prints there. All of it was done promptly and professionally. A lot of times I needed to customize my prints and the owner and his staff were able to help me with the graphics of it. They offer a great variety of services and they keep upgrading it.
