Went in to look at getting a new phone and phone plans. Was told that it was the only deal they had and were actively trying to offer it to me. They didnt even have that type of phone in stock. And then proceeded to try to sell me something i wasn't even interested in/ relevant to what I came in for. Id go to the other Telus in the fort dont bother going here.

Wednesday June 7, 2023.Went to get a new Sim card, sign and online says open until 8pm... got there at 7:40pm and the store was closed and locked.Not very good customer service. Zero stars.

I am very disappointed with this store! I had just traded in my old watch for a ,”brand new .” Apple Watch . I was told it was brand new which was more money and I get home just to find out it is, Apple locked to a previous owner!!!!
