Very impressed. Called to set up an appointment to re-attach soffit vents on a 3 storey roof, after a wind storm. Returned home at the end of the day, and was surprised to discover the job had already been completed, before an appointment was even made! Top notch!

I regret using The Gutter Guy to install new gutters on my home. The first summer after installation one of the runs buckled. The buckling has weakened the metal and a tear has developed and it is now leaking. Two of the other runs are sloped in the wrong direction, so these gutters retain a significant amount of standing water year round. I tried to contact them multiple times after the installation but have never heard back from them. I have stopped by their shop on Kalamalka Road a few times but the signs are gone and there is no one there - perhaps they are no longer in business?
