Awesome gas station staff are really friendly, the one staff member checked my moms oil and even topped it off. That’s the Grimsby service. Been here a couple times and they are always friendly. Nice young staff you don’t see that too much anymore… will definitely be coming back

Canadian tire us to sell quality products and have good customer service. Now it is a joke!Just moved here 2 years ago and have had several defective products. Bought my lawmower with 2 pull and start warranty. After one season it stopped working. They upsold me to a more expensive model on my warranty"which when i came home the "New" lawn mower was damaged. After I exhanged that mower the third mower was broken!!Second time with warranty issues..I bought a car battery..after 1 year it did not hold a charge. They told me they do not have it in stock on warranty and can not order another one. Both times the people workimg there had A i dont care i just work here attitude. What ever happened to customer service and quality products!?? Will not be suprised when they close there doors like other department stores! Never coming back to this scam of a place they call Canadian Tire!! Waste of money and time."
