The best place in town for nails and pedicures, Joanne does an amazing job and her designs are beautiful!The salon is beautifully decorated and clean.This is the only place I will go to get my nails done. 5 stars is all that I can give on Google review but I would give them a 10 out of 10

I absolutely love this place so much. Joanne is such a wonderful lady who always makes sure my nails are exactly what I wanted if not even better then I expected every time. I wear my nails very long and it is hard to find someone who can do them as nicely as Joanne can. In the one time there has been an error she went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed and that I left with the set I wanted. This is definitely the only place I go!

This place is my favourite!! I had such a good experience here last month and I came back to get a refill done! I never do that. Joanne was awesome! I felt very relaxed in their beautiful, clean salon and had a great time chatting. Not to mention...I love how my nails turned out...both times!! And I know I will love them when I go again on my next visit. I would highly recommend! 5 out 5 stars :) Thank you so much for the great experience.

I’m disappointed to say that I had the worst shellac pedicure I’ve ever received in my life at this place. I never got her name confirmed, but the lady who did my pedicure was sitting at a desk with the name Tracy on it. First of all, the workers weren’t rude, but they weren’t nice either. The lady who did my pedicure filed my nails down so short it was unbelievable. The shape was uneven and she barely took off skin and cuticles during the pedicure part of the service. When she started painting my nails, I could tell it wasn’t great, but it wasn’t till I got home that I realized just how bad it really was. I have small pinky toe nails, but there’s no excuse for the way she painted them. I’ve never had an issue anywhere else. See the pictures below. Overall the polish was lumpy, had bubbles in it, and it was ALL OVER my toes and even parts of my feet, and because of this the polish didn’t seal on the nail properly and the polish on my pinky toe nail completely peeled off less than an hour after receiving this service. I called and spoke to the owner, who gave me a passive apology and said to come in and she would redo it. While I appreciate her redoing it, it was very uncomfortable to have to go back in and have my whole pedicure redone in front of the original lady. No refund was offered, which is shocking to me. I paid $61 with a tip for this service that looks like it was done by a child. It was better done after the owner redid it, but I did not feel that the owner was truly that sorry or remorseful that she had someone leave her salon with an end product like this. I’m so disappointed considering the great reviews for this place. Safe to say I would never in my life return here.

This is one of the nicest salons in Orangeville / that I have ever been to. Joanne and Pham are like family to me. They really know how to make you feel welcome and treat you like family. I get my nails done like clock work - religiously and the two of them always accommodate me being a busy mom of 2. They are also very knowledgeable and know their stuff. They have a HUGE variety of dipping powder colours and shellac choices - just a great service. I am not very good with words but if I can say anything, Ill say this - 1000% recommend this salon and these lovely owners/technicians! Thank you for everything you do for our community.

Best nail place in Orangeville! Kelly is the best with nails. She takes her time and is so kind to every client. I started seeing her two years ago and my nails aways stay on and NEVER fall off. She is the best nail tech out there! I highly recommend their services! Also, they have done upgrades and replaced the spa chairs! COVID 19 regulations are very safe, and clean.

I enjoyed my conversation with the lady who did my nails here. I wish I got her name, she's been the best experience so far.The other ladies are good, she was great.I much prefer coming to this spa for my nails over the other locations in town.I'm a middle aged guy with a degenerative nerve disease like MS. Cutting my own nails often ends up with me hurting myself.But despite this need I have found some spas treat me funny, and it makes for an awkward experience.I'll stick to ANB nails to take care of me!

The shop itself is very refreshing and sanitized establishment! All the staff has always been warm and welcoming.I have personally known Joanne now for almost 8 years. Five years ago we moved away from the Orangeville area to the shores of Lake Huron. With that said I’m now two hours away, and I still come to her for my nails. I’ve attempted to see other salons but I’ve never left satisfied like when I left Joanne’s hands.I am not a just once a month client, love that fresh manicure.She’s worth the commute.I’m not always able to make appointments but no matter how much I am last minute with her she has always been very accommodating.Even if I am in a pinch, Jo has always made it work. If that means staying late or coming in when she’s off.I’ve been in the salon and I’ve heard her be helpful to all her clients who end up in similar pinch’s as myself. Her time management is on point!I have never left her work station and felt like I was rushed out. Even when I went through my dip nail faze, she always makes me feel like a priority. I also don’t do one colour very often, with that said I never know what I want to do with my nails. Joanna has always great suggestions to what I might like.Being in the service industry she absolutely caters to her clients individuality and her work shows it.She knows her clients and always NAILS it!

Clean, professional, friendly owners. They are always on time for appointments and never overbook, which is something I have always found in other places.My nails are always perfect and don't chip or break.I only go to AnB for nails now, and many of my friends also now go.Best to book an appointment as they are very popular. :)

I have been going to Joanne for the last 3 years and have never been disappointed!! The new salon that her and Pham opened is so bright, clean and inviting it would be very hard not to have a very positive experience here. They do exactly what you ask and the service is amazing! Their selection of products, colors and the fact that they will do their best to get you in at the times you need, they go above and beyond. My 88 year old father just went for a pedi yesterday and loved it........sorry Joanne, you are now his favorite! See you soon! I, like most of your clients wish there were more than 5 stars!!
