Foot Care Institute

Very un professional. Had an appointment for my girlfriend on Aug 1st for nail removal, and no one showed up at the clinic. No note, no phone call. If that were a patient not showing for appointment they would have been charged. Very careless and unprofessional!

Thanks for doctor Millicent she is amazing, treat my daughter after she struggled one year and no resolve from Family doc and dermatologist .All staff amazing and patient with my kid . I highly recommend this place and thanks again

One year after having gone to the Foot Care Institute for treatment of heel pain, my pain has gone away. Dr James Hill began with the least invasive procedure. At follow-up appointments, Dr Hill would listen and then if necessary would modify the treatment.He also suggested physiotherapy to complement my treatment. This was sound advice. I am very pleased with the care that I received from the Foot Care Institute.

Dr. Vorkapich-Hill is so thorough and kind. I have never had a negative experience here.

The best footcare clinic in Windsor Essex in my opinion. Dr. James Hill and Dr. Vorkapich Hill are masters in their field. The staff is amazing too. They have both helped my son a few times over with such great care and compassion. And Dr. James Hill's delightful humour made my sons surgery and therapy so much easier to bear. My Don always looks forward to seeing them all which says alot when you're in pain. The world needs more doctors like the Hills. I highly commend and recommend their clinic.

Had a procedure to treat a chronic ingrown nail. Treatment and followup were fast, efficient and effective. Explanations were concise regarding how the treatment would be carried out and how to do after care at home. They even included dressing supplies. Very pleased with the very professional staff and the environment was well maintained. Thank you to both Dr Hills!

I can’t recommend the Foot Care Institute enough. The core team I worked with (Max, Margaret, Millicent and James) were professional, thorough and personable. Extraordinary health care. An anxiety evoking experience became one of the beat decisions I could have made. They work with you, every step of the way! Thank you all, special thanks to Millicent. I’m really surprised at the lack of professionalism with this establishment. I made an appointment for my mom a month ago to finally have a consultation done for her issues. It was a Mother’s Day gift since my mom has been putting it off to always take care of our family first. I called May 5th and made her appointment for June 1st (which was the earliest opening they had). My mom works in kingsville and took a day off of work to ensure she could make her appointment. My mom showed up to her scheduled appointment to find a sign that says they are closed for the entire week….We received no notice, no phone call, no communication whatsoever that her appointment was cancelled and that there office was closed. Her appointment was for Wednesday and there sign said they were closed Monday to Friday this week ‘sorry for the inconvience’. This tells me they knew ahead of time that they would be closed and chose not to notify us or reschedule her appointment. Really disappointed with how they handled this and the lack of consideration, it’s clear to us that they don’t value their clients time. Especially with gas prices right now, it cost my mom a whole day of work plus travel there and back to make an appointment that they didn’t seem to care about. The only thing I’m happy about is the fact that we probably dodged a bullet with this place.

Highly recommend this place run by husband-wife team of foot doctors! They are both very friendly and professional and have no problem spending time with you over your foot issue.
