This is the second year in a row I have purchased from Prairie Shelter Belt Program. Last year my package sat at the post office for 10 days because the slip for pick up was misplaced. I gave grace for the error, but contacted the company with the suggestions from the Post Office to avoid further issues as 70% of my trees had sprouted in the box and ended up dying. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed another order this spring. One of the things the post office told them to do (if they wouldn't provide a tracking number) was to place a label on the box stating LIVE TREES" and the post office would ensure it was placed in a cool area until pick up. I attended the post office a week prior to delivery this year and let them know I had placed another order. Much to my disappointment the trees were delivered to my community box and placed in the parcel pick up. In less than 4 days from shipping notification to when I received the trees I had mildew on the seedlings and no label identifying the shipment as LIVE had been placed on the box. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service - even if they don't' provide a tracking number

Trees are good. But zero customer service, don't return calls or emails.

We purchased several starters last year. When they arrived they did not look healthy. We spent over $1000 on labor to get them into the ground immediatley hoping to save them. Not 1 plant/bush survived. Such a waste of money and time. Very disappoting.
