L’AB Studio x Clinic

I am so thankful that L'AB studio and clinic has opened up in Meaford. The classes, treatments and products they provide are always 10 out of 10. I have recommended it to my friends and family. They all agree as well! They do an incredible job hiring. The practitioners, instructors and staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about their craft.On top of all that, having all these incredible services right around the corner has been a blessing. Before I had to take time off of work to drive to Collingwood or Owen Sound for treatment. So having this within walking distance has been amazing.Hope this helps anyone who is considering checking out L'AB!

I have been using many of Lisa Marie’s herbal blends for several years and they have had such a positive impact on my overall health! Hot or cold they work so well and they have become a go to gift for loved ones.I have also had the opportunity to take a few yoga classes at the clinic and they were amazing. The techniques we used in the class were truly unique and really helped to reset for the week. The studio is beautiful and was an awesome way to recharge on a weekend. I cannot wait to go back!

Went to yoga tonight and it was simply bliss. I have fallen so far away from yoga over the last few years and have to say this was such a phenomenal welcome back to practice. Highly recommend this group and this space , feeling lucky to live in Meaford today !!

Meaford is really popping off with places like L'AB pioneering the health and wellness scene. Been loving the yoga classes and they have high quality products that are really hard to come by like custom herb blends made by the owner, all Canadian goods from beauty lines to wellness items, local coffee and honey... Love love love!!!

Awesome addition to the town of Meaford with a refreshing take on holistic health. I’ve used L’AB’s tea to help improve sleep quality and boost my immune system. As well, adding massage treatments and fitness classes into my routine.

The meditation sound bowl class was unreal such an incredible experience I can’t wait to go to another session. Lisa has provided me with numerous herbal blends.
