The best iranian bread ever I had out of the home country, ... and I have lived in quite bit of cities an continent's.Consistent quality and delicacy.I even place diet customized orders on theirs donuts (sugar and cream free) and they delivered....Try Barbary here, and you never change to anything else....

I used to like this bakery until the day we baught a cake for our friend's birthday!! The worst cake ever... The cream even tasted sour/expired! We didn't eat and had to discard it.They only have good breads I would sayBut this place needs to keep everything they offer at a reasonable quality!

First of all it is amazing to have a Persian pastry shop in Montreal so Kodus and thank you to the owner! The staff are nice and from the pastries that I tried I recommend the followings which were very tasty: Latife, Noon Khameie and Cake Yazdi.Honestly, the Danmarki was not so good and barely had any cream in it and was lacking flavor. Same for the Zaboon, which was not sweet and crunchy enough. There was an imbalance of flavors in the zaboon, and it was a bit salty even.

Definitely the best Barbari bread in Montreal!!I am very happy that we've found it. Don't know why it is not famous enough.It is so big and I wish they could do more to use their space

We ordered a birthday cake for our 1 year old baby. The decoration was good as we requested, however the taste and texture was horrible! We didn't expect this cheap quality cake and couldn't believe how a bakery can make this garbage and sell it to the customers for an event!The cream was very cheap and full of undissolved sugar. The texture was hard and crumbly!We tried a small piece and threw away almost the whole cake after the party!:(

It's been more than 6 months that I could not even taste any other kind of bread in montreal as their Barbari is one of a kind with the highest quality and very tasty. The quality has never been decreased and it's even getting better! I will continuously support them and introduce their buisiness to my friends. Good job :)

Finally the baklavas werent soaking wet. As i was happy eating the unsoaked baklava i literally bit down on a rock, not a seed or anything it was a rock i couldnt even break with a hammer. Never again.

The Barbari bread is very, very good. We finished it super quick. They also make their own torshi! We haven't tried it yet but look forward to doing so in the future. There are a lot of good looking pastries, coffee, breakfast options and Iranian products. We found samanu there in a can for the haft sin, which was useful as we could buy it in advance.
