Terrible service in here. They didn't accept debit or card, only cash was available. I had to use atm and pay commission to get cash. The kiosks are not functioning. You can't order through the app. Yet, the quality of service was so bad. They give food like they are throwing at you. If you have time ho somewhere else.

Worst customer service. I have been dropping by at this location because I cross it often since last 1 year.For some reason the staff is always rude. They serve you cold food and coffee. They dont replace and always complain. As if they are irritated by something and just wanna shove customers away from the counter. Today I was lucky enough to click an image of the RUDE BOY!This location has too many red flags. I think food inspector should be sent.

The self serve kiosks here are SLOW. It took 5-10 seconds just to register the touchscreen input. The application also crashed once and we had to start over. The food was not very good either, chicken fries were very dry, burger was cold and hard to finish.

Don't know why but too crowded.Tim Hortons had a very long waiting line which can be reduce by increasing the number of cashiers and staffOnly 3 workers were working1 cashier2 other staffSame for burger King and PopeyesAlso prices are bit high compare to normal convince stores

Slow service. Staff G A F extremely low. Poorly prepped and cooked food. Staff chit chatting with each other ignoring customers. Don't waste $ eating there.

The cash register wasn’t working so you can only use the self serve order kiosk. But the order kiosk is very slow. It also doesn’t list details for your order. Not sure if it even sends that info to the server because they didn’t know my drinks when I got to the counter. Service was very slow. The drink dispenser was broken with workers taking it apart in plain sight. But the server still handed over 2 empty fountain drink cups expecting me to use the drink dispenser. Burger bun was very stale. Fries weren’t fresh. I wonder if there was anything right with this location?
