So glad we found this restaurant, the sate pho was soooo good! Rich and spicy!!!! The food a d drinks did take a bit longer to come out, but I'd rather wait a bit for some good food!

I think giving a 1 star is overrated for this restaurant, I just can't tolerate to the impoliteness of the server here.Great food is important, but service is also important, so being so rude to customers then it is not acceptable.I hope others will consider a different place to spend your time, and enjoy your time rather than put yourself up to this. Word of mouth is important, I definitely advise anyone I know to avoid this place, why come here?

Impressed with the genuine customer service I recieved. The food was really really good and the serving size was impressive too. The biggest highlight for me was the Viet iced coffee. It was the highlight because there was more coffee than ice!!! Definitely coming back!

I ordered Rice dish with egg, pork and some veggies. It was so delicious, the waiting time was a bit long but the food was totally worth it. They have baby chair but no changing station for baby, it was a bit inconvenience for moms.

Customer service is nonexistent. Ordered a soup bowl for takeout and found a hair. Called the restaurant and the guy that helped me first asked for a pic then asked me to bring it back so he “doesn’t get in trouble” since he “can’t take my word for it”. I said I’ll be around and being it. He reiterated again to bring the whole food! Like honestly, you think I’d just continue eating something with a hair? Poor mannerisms started right there. I had to close up everything and keep it by my door ready to take back to the restaurant the next day - unhygienic and disgusting.Brought it back to him and the first thing he does is inspect the food. Opens it up and asks where the hair is. I told him it’s inside the bowl, he can look for it. He closes it back up and says he’ll make a new one. So far, no apology, and his body language isn’t remotely remorseful.Then he comes back out with the new food and says “just so you know, the kitchen didn’t find any hair but we made you a new one out of good faith anyway. Our staff wears hair nets”. ….. read that again.I was SHOCKED. I literally did not have anything to respond with except “the hair is there” and he said “I believe you this time” then I thanked him (????? Shock???) and left. Not a single apology and an accusation of being a liar? And the assumption I’ll be coming back? Way too messed up. Way too messed up.I hope everyone who thinks of ordering gets to see this. If you have no customer service skills and don’t know how to handle a hair in the food then please just hire someone else whose better at it. I was made to feel belittled and embarrassed, and this is not ok. Not as a business and not as a person.

Attended this restaurant this evening, Thursday June 8th at around 6.15 pm. A very unpleasant experience with a staff member who was extremely agressive and used vulgar language when we decided not to stay. He actually followed us out of the restaurant and continued his tirade of swearing. This all came about because we chose to sit at a table of our liking instead of the one he directed us to when the restaurant was completely empty. I will be taking this up with their owner.

ordered a wonton soup for 16.50 on uber. for 16.50 you get 4 wontons. take that as you will.edit: tried the soup, thought it tasted off. because I was already annoyed I let my wife have some to see if it really did taste off and it did.

I have ordered from here for years and referred several others. I like to support local.. unfortunately I have finally decided that zero customer service has finally shut me down AND have lost my business indefinitely. #cancelledI ordered a coconut curry soup which I have always ordered but asked for extra vegetables no chicken or prawn just extra veg and received curry soup w tofu.. but it was my fault when i called to ask what happened. I wasn’t even asking for a redo or refund! He was condescending and blasted me for not looking at the menu?? Ummm It’s not on the menu.. I ask for veggie coconut curry soup w extra veg.As a business owner myself customer service and kindness is KEY to success -well this owner has neither of these since he opened…. He has been rude, short or bothered w me when there was no cause for it. . .. Adios’in business remember this.. tell 3 ppl about good service and 100 when it’s bad.

A Taste Of Saigon Restaurant
I’ve ordered from here for years but my soup today was very disappointing. The chicken in my soup was not edible and was red/pink in colour. There were also bugs in the vegetables and soup. I am so disgusted and will not be ordering from here again! Clearly not following food safety rules.
