Multi trade turned our bathroom into a spa!!! They did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier. The team were awesome. They showed each day when they said they would and they always cleaned up before leaving at the end of the day. Paul and Jackie were in touch with us every step of the way and if I ever had any questions they were always good to get back to us right away. They are an amazing group of people

I have followed MTBS on facebook for many years, and was always impressed with the pictures of the work that was done. When I had a leak in the foundation of my home, I hired MTBS to address this issue and also do some additional renovations to the basement bathroom/laundry room. They provided me with a detailed quote, and so I went ahead with the first step of waterproofing the basement from the inside. Since I have a condo townhome, the exterior was not for me to fix, so property manager had his contractor come in to seal the crack, once the wall was opened up from inside. The property manager‘s contractor tried to tell me that I literally needed to remove all of the drywall halfway down the basement wall, but when I spoke to Paul, he had my back and sorted that out quickly for me. I knew then that I could trust MTBS with my renovation project and when the opportunity came up for me to do the kitchen, I asked for a quote and went ahead with that project. MTBS did both projects in about 7 weeks, and I am super happy with the results. They really pay attention to detail, and leave the area they worked in clean. I was able to leave them to their work while I went to work, and MTBS always worked around my schedule as I also work from home. My house was treated with respect and they also made sure my dog was safe and if needed, let him out for a tinkle! At the end of their day, the area they worked in was left tidy and clean. When I was stuck with what to choose for sinks, faucet and such, Jackie was always helpful with some recommendations and advise. Any issues found were promptly brought to my attention with suggestion as to how it should be fixed and the cost, and/or alternatives to resolving it. Their staff is courteous and friendly, and always open to explain anything I had questions on. I am so happy with everything they have done, and will definitely hire them to do my bathroom renovation next!

After an ongoing plumbing, bath drain and toilet issue I called in Multi Trade. I was so impressed at the speed and ease of their work, which to me seemed like a huge job, but to them it was an easy fix. I was shocked at how fast they completed the job, and talked me through exactly what was happening every step of the way. The job site was left immaculate you would never know they had been there! Multi Trade did a complete basement renovation for us and turned it into a beautiful 2 bedroom in-law apartment. The project went smoothly right from my first phone call and ran effortlessly until the project was complete. Each of their crew members are highly skilled and so professional. They were always available for any questions I had and kept us completely informed throughout the project. They were so helpful and professional. There is no question in my mind that we made the right decision when hiring Multi Trade.
