Jackie is the most helpful employee I’ve ever encountered. She answered all my questions, helped me with my shipping label confusion that the UPS website failed to help me with and even put each invoice and label in the respected pouches. Honestly, the UPS process has been not great but coming in person and getting someone as delightful as her, I will be back.

I have to say those guys are not polite. I was trying to send back a package that I bought from Amazon and I didn’t know how to put those papers on the box and they were pretty gross with me. I was very disappointed.

Amazon directed me to bring a rug return to a UPS store. As soon as the owner looked over at me he started yelling and berating me on how I can't be bringing anything that large into the store and he was only going to take it because his driver was a block away. I tried explaining that it was exactly how Amazon sent it to me and I was only directed to be dropping it off there. He replied that he didn't give a @#$% what Amazon said, all the policies were posted on the UPS website and they were just too cheap to pay the $4 pick up fee.I understand that he has the right to refuse my package and honestly had he just politely declined to take the rug I would be less upset. I'm sure this guy is a hard worker and it can't be an easy job but I've never experienced such horrible people skills in any store I've entered before. He belongs in a back room alone somewhere taping up boxes not dealing with the public on a daily basis.It seems that many others have had similar experiences at this location with this guy and nothing has changed so I doubt this review will accomplish much... But I recommend everyone avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being scorned like a child by a sad man with anger issues.

Frank is amazing . He went out of the way to ensure I don’t spend unnecessarily and also explained how this process worksI used to go to another ups store paying $50 for same package - here it was done for $24.5!!Highly recommendPro tip - remember to send the shipper and receiver details in advance to their store email id to save time

Owner of the store is extremely condescending and rude. I ship packages very frequently and I'll happily make the drive to the next closest ups store in the future. I'd avoid this store !!

Great service by staff! They are transparent about pricing of all the courier vendors they have available and are swift with the process.
