Waterloo Eye Care Centre
Their initial prescription for my daughter's glasses was significantly wrong. The replacement was also significantly" wrong and it took a visit to another clinic to resolve the issue. My wife's glasses were also over prescribed and the second clinic advised her not to wear them. Waterloo Eye Care would not resolve either and would not refund the costs. What used to be a good clinic has devolved into a something I cannot recommend to anyone."

So happy! My best appointment with Dr Ball yet. She explained well and clearly, and she was very helpful and nice. This visit was particularly important to me, because I anticipated that the decision whether, or not, to proceed with my second lens replacement would be made. Dr Ball made it easy to decide. I just moved to the KW region within the last year. I was informed that I was due for an eye exam so I booked an appointment with Dr. Ball at the Waterloo Eye Care Centre after reading several great reviews. I was truly blown away by my experience. Everything from booking the appointment over the phone and the incredibly welcoming receptionist staff, to Dr. Ball herself (most friendly, energetic and reassuring doctor I’ve met) , to the ladies who helped me choose my new eye glasses and help with measurements. On top of all that, the office was very clean and lots of parking outside. Complete 5 star experience for me!

Always a pleasant experience. Pat at the front desk is just awesome and Dr. Ball is fantastic. Both are easy to talk to and know their stuff. Highly recommend.

I just had my first eye exam in many years that resulted in me purchasing two pairs of glasses. From start to finish to everything in between Waterloo Eye Care Centre was amazing. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I have been coming here since i was 16 so thats 51 years ago.The staff are kind,pleasant and knowledgable. Dr Ball is my second eye doctor and I started with Dr Grant. There gentle and kind way of making you feel comfortable is stellar. Their skills and caregiving are 12outof 10.Will never leave this great team.

Great experience, reception staff was courteous, welcoming and attentive. Minimal wait time. The office is bright, clean and convenient with plenty of parking. Dr Paquette was informative, efficient and very professional. I would highly recommend Waterloo Eye Care Centre.
