I downloaded their product brochure online, made a list of the items I needed and called them. The guy couldn’t understand 50 % of the products, and i was using the exact terminology in the brochure. and 99 % of the products were no stock. They said they can transfer me to the shop so they can make them. Spoke to the shop guy, who also has no idea what he is doing, and his only concern was that i need to pay before they can make it.. i made it clear i have no problem with that.. he said he will email me an invoice and thats it. Waited a few days, nothing.. wasn’t happy with the service anyway. i went straight back to SINCLAIR SUPPLY.

Looks very professional, good service, tjey had everything i needed. The only thing i didnt like was that they assumed i had been there before and were kind of caught off guard when i didnt know the process for pick up. Otherwise i would definitely go there again.

Service was ok. They had what we wanted in stock but I had to insist on the less expensive version I’d originally asked for and not the more expensive one I was sold. Got my refund though and left with what I asked for.

I very much am happy with my interaction with Ecco Supply sales counter when I needed to repair an Armstrong Air furnace ECM motor.The staff were very informed & even went above & beyond the call of duty to call a manufacturer rep to confirm my test results for me. Two thumbs up!

I entered this place and i just do not believe how many employees are just sitting doing nothing and were absolutely rude and unhelpful. Ever heard of online ordering? you have excellent PDF documents illustrating your products,whats it going to cost to add availability and a virtual cart!
