I found Peter through a google search while looking for Saphir shoe polish. Peter was warm, very welcoming and accommodating from the moment i spoke to him over the phone. I bought some shoe cream from him and a beautiful leather wallet. This was supposed to be a one time wallet purchase (I like to be minimal with my goods) but I'll be back for more!

Price paid for this quality is better off goes elsewhere to buy a good branded Italian shoes off the shelf. Owner's does not seems to understand the importance of good customer service and seems to make promises he never able to deliver......

Went to Peter's for Saphir shoe wax today.Very friendly and welcoming. Took me to the back and explained/showed me the process of Real shoe crafting.

Paid $1800 for a pair. This was not to be a fully bespoke shoe. I was ok with that. Was given a 1 to 2 months lead time. Ended up being 5 months with Peter not replying to my messages for days, sometimes weeks. When it was ready, Peter exclaimed that he had to go fully bespoke" with these. That allayed my irritation somewhat.After some time

Unfortunately Peter was not able to deliver on what was promised. Over one year of working with him he was late on deadlines, communicated poorly, and frankly never finished the job. I wish I could recommend his service as he seems well meaning and skilled, but for the cost of the product and such a disappointing final result, I can’t recommend his service.
