Went here today to pick some things up for Christmas and I could spend forever in that store the staff were the sweetest people ever! I picked out some things to show my mom and told the staff I would be back and when I came back one of the staff members held all of my stuff for me because my hands were full! Then the cashier at the front nicely gift wrapped all on my items and covered the prices! The kindness I was shown really made my day I highly recommend:)

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!By far, the most vibrant, attentive, and energetic team I've seen in years! Pooja and Julia were on top of getting my changeroom set. Amy would come and check on me and provide me with accessories to match. Adrienne provided me with belts and gave me heels for my dresses. Ale came in with the confidence boost! Every single lady that I interacted with added value to my experience here. They each contributed in their own way and as a team, they were so wholesome and made me feel even more comfortable and confident in my skin!! If I was shopping for a wedding dress, these ladies were my HYPE WOMEN!! Their optimism and kindness were INFECTIOUS!!Thank you Pooja, Adrienne, Amy, Ale, and Julia!!! The culture you've created in this space really translates to the excellent service you provide your customers. I truly had a memorable time and the most beautiful story attached to my dress! I appreciate each and every one of you!!

Pooja waited hand and foot on my friend and I. Can not say enough nice words for how well she took care of us. Normally not a type of store that I'd go to, but the staff and set up made it a great experience!

I’ve never felt the need to review a clothing store before but I felt pretty uncomfortable shopping here.I never once asked for assistance but with every piece I picked up I was met with the same question “can I take that to a fitting room?”. Eventually I was met with unsolicited recommendations on what to try one and what to buy. This was not appreciated considering this individual was bringing me items that were two sizes too small to try on.

Saw The Latest Scoop store one night after they were closed and knew I needed to stop in the next day. They had a wide selection of clothes. Their prices ranged depending on item / brand. Lots of brands I had never heard of. Staff was friendly and made my shopping experience effortless. I’d definitely shop there again. A great boutique experience.
