We stopped late on our road trip from a basketball tournament. The attendant was so extremely rude over the intercom. She cut us off from our order twice thinking we were done. We ordered two ice waters with our first two meals and were told we could not have any more water. We ended up only ordering enough food for our two teenage boys and leaving with nothing for ourselves as she kept cutting us off and said see you at the window and turned off the intercom.

Good service if you go in the morning or at night. The day/evening staff are 50/50. DO NOT ORDER COFFEE BETWEEN 3 and 11pm. It's a coin toss if you do, but if you order a 1 and 1. Your getting a triple triple. If you order a double double, you're getting a cup of coffee flavored sugar. Literal syrup in the bottom of my cup on my last order, utterly non drinkable. It's for the coffee incompetence that I have given 1 star.

We stop here every now and then when we pass through Drumheller. Food and service has always been good. Restaurant was always clean and the restrooms are also clean, a bit of a rarity for a fast food restaurant.

Slow service, dirty toilets and restaurant floor. You freeze to death in winter if sitting close to that strangely located door used by personnel. Three kiosks down out of four.

As a local delivery service McDonald's is one of our more popular requests for fast food. In a nutshell like many of the businesses in our town they have a shortage of staff, which sometimes can cause a delay in drive thru service.I noticed on some reviews here there was some issues with orders being incorrect. We average around 130 to 160 meals a month that we collect for customers. Taking into consideration the pressures that they have we find very rarely is there a mistake. Possibly 1 in 90.In the event there has been we have found that Greg, Lynn, Jon and Tammy have always taken care of the mistake and rectified it for us. Considering the volume of business and the peak times I am surprised there are not more mistakes.I always find it interesting that people are always quick to complain yet never actually take into consideration of the reason.The owner and management team are always approachable, friendly and willing to assist.

Honestly this place is the definition of you get what you pay for" which isn't bad at all the people are friendly. The atmosphere sucks but it's a fast food place there isn't much to expect"

Everyone we dealt with (lunch time for food, later on to grab a drink) was extremely friendly.The only downside was that they forgot the sauce for my nuggets.

During my visit, the location was bustling, prompting me to utilize the drive-through for quicker service. Given its proximity to the museum, it is probable that a comparable scenario might arise at this venue.

Stopped by here on a road trip (10 minutes ago) great stop, good location. Unfortunately, I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget meal, and when I opened it up (on the road) I found there were only 4 nuggets in the container.. not what I expected. Please do better, it's not hard to count.
