Real Fruit Bubble Tea
Real fruit is good. personally my least favourite boba chain. boba drink flavours are not great and drinks are too pulpy. Juices are probably okay though.

OKAY FINALLY I HAVE TO SAY SOMETHING! I’M NEW TO GUELPH AND HAVE BEEN GOING TO THE REAL FRUIT BUBBLE TEA AT THE STONE ROAD MALL SINCE I MOVED HERE AND I GOTTA SAY, THESE PEOPLE ARE AMAZING :( THEY COME TO WORK EVERYDAY WITH A SMILE EVEN THOUGH WE ALL HAVE OUR OWN PROBLEMS AND HELP PEOPLE SELFLESSLY ALL DAY MAKING AMAZING SMOOTHIES… THEY DON’T COMPLAIN, SOME PEOPLE ARE RUDE, SOME DON’T EVEN SAY “THANK YOU,” BUT REGARDLESS OF ALL THAT, THEY SMILE. I LOVE THEM SO MUCH! BIG SHOUTOUT TO RAJ, ISABELLE, AND EAN!!! I’M GONNA GO DRINK THIS LARGE SMOOTHIE THEY JUST MADE ME WHILE I WATCH MY SHOW!!! :))))

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
They need to update their process of serving customers. Teas are left sitting on the counter especially when there's more than one drink ordered by one person. This ends up having a long wait and a lot of people at the store. This is not the process of other Real Fruit bubble tea locations - Mississauga, Scarborough - cities with considerably bigger population and larger malls.

Terrible customer service! The mall was evacuating and the alarm was going off, during the commotion, I ordered the wrong drink. Advise the lady I had an allergy to the drink and asked to remake it since I won’t be able to drink the one that was made, and she said it’s not her problem. I apologized and said I accidentally pressed the wrong button and she blatantly said that she doesn’t care and how she will be out of pocket if she has to remake the drink again. When I asked to speak with a manager, she said she was the manager! I couldn’t believe that she would be so rude! Never ordering from this location again!

They use real good quality fruits in all their drinks. Always been my go to bubble tea place. Staff remembers your usual drink if your are a regular too which is a very good trait on customer service.

The drinks are good, but that's not the problem. I've ordered mobile multiple times and when I go to pick it up even half an hour later. They haven't even received it yet. I have to say I have a mobile ...then they make the drink..what is the point of having a mobile order option then. Pointless.Fairview Park Mall location never had this problem.

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
Location is hit or miss depending on the staff. Last time both drinks I ordered were watered down and it was like drinking flavored water. One time they did a slush instead of the smoothie I ordered. Instead of making a new drink, they were trying to fix it. I had to ask them to do a new one.

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
The service at this place is a joke. I waited 30 minutes (not even exaggerating) for carrot juice because their machine was super slow and eventually broke down. After all that the resulting product was disgusting - extremely pulpy. I don't blame the employees, I blame management for not maintaining/investing in better equipment.
