We had Tyler over for a cleaning of our central heat pump and AC coil. He was very polite, professional and took the time to explain what he was doing. From phone call to service, it was very efficient.

I had a great service from this company. From the first call until services were completed. Tyler was very polite over the phone and Joe came over the same day.Joe was very professional and polite as well. He was very patient and took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my unit and showed me the cause of my issue. In terms of what needed to be done, he answered all my questions and offered many avenues and let me decide, without feeling pressured, what I feel was best for me at the moment between the options offered.I strongly recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

I used this company for installation of heat pumps. I purchased one multi-head and one regular. The multi-head did not function properly from the get-go. Eco tech came several times to fix it, but the problem persisted.I contacted LG and demanded that the item is replaced, now being 6 times repaired in 6 months. Tyler become abusive, but he did come to see it as LG sent him to submit the report. At that time I didn't even have any A/C as the gas leaked.He 'fixed' it again, so the A/C started to work, but the noise still persisted (sounded like a little boat). Tyler again became abusive, even trying to blame it on me, as my trash can is close to the unit.I contacted LG, and they have sent a specialist who determined that not only the unit was not properly installed, both in the unit and in the piping, but also that the compressor is bad.LG advised that they are extremely concerned about both the attitude and the workmanship of Echo tech and that they decided to fire the company. I asked them to train them instead, but now I realized that Tyler also screwed me on the 1st month labour warranty.This company should not be in business.Trust me, also dealing with LG is very painful. Do you need to give yourself this headache. Keep in mind that every contractor will be song and dance while things are going ok, but what matters is how they behave when things do not go bad.None of these positive reviews matter. Initially, I also had a 5-star review for him.Tyler is a verbal abusive person who is spouting nonsense and is not able to install properly nor resolve your issues.

Tyler and his employees are very professional. They did two jobs for us and each time , they came when they said they would, did great work and we are very pleased. Tyler got us out if a jam and we really appreciated that too. I would recommend this company and his products anytime! Thank you. Keep up the good, ethical and professional work!! Our old heat pump was acting up over the winter, it would stop working, so we would fiddle with it and it would work again, then it finally died. I called Tyler to get a quote and some information about his company, he answered all my questions. I booked for a replacement heat pump to be put in before summer got here, we did not want to have no a/c on a 35 degree day. Tyler showed up on time, completed the work in less than 3 hours. Fixed the concrete blocks the heat pump sat on (leveled them out again). Cleaned all the mess and took away the old machine. Very friendly, professional and explained how the warranty works. Told us to call him with any questions or problems. Highly recommend and will definitely use his service again.

Came quickly to fix the error code on my mini split and clean it. They checked with the manufacturer if it was still under warranty and luckily it was! I had no idea so they were able to get the parts covered which saved me $800. Appreciated the quick and friendly service.

Tyler and his crew at EcoTech were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Super responsive, friendly and priced within if not less compared to competitors. We had them install mini-splits at both our house and cottage and will keep on recommending him to all our friends and family.
