In finance Judy, Kamini Sharma are so friendly they all feel like family. When buying a brand new 2023 Hyundai from this dealership, the last thing I expected was a vehicle with broken parts. I purchased the vehicle at the beginning of the year, and from the start I had trouble opening the driver side door from the outside. It worked on the occasion, so I thought perhaps there was something I was doing wrong, and that it was just a matter of getting used to my new car. Over the span of a couple months, the problem got worse. I then brought the car into the dealership for servicing. I waited 5 days just to be told that they do not have the parts to fix it, and they have no estimate of when the part will even come in. In addition, they gave my car back to me MORE BROKEN than it was when I had given it to them. My driver side door handle has ZERO function whatsoever. It looks like it’s going to fall off my car the way it hangs off! Every single time I wish to drive my brand new car, I am forced to enter through the passenger side, which is terribly inconvenient as a young female who works late hours into the night. I would have never bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership if I knew it wasn’t going to go through the proper inspection process before being sold. I just can’t believe I saved my money to buy a car that I can’t even get into, and who knows how long this will go on for. Absolutely zero compensation for this issue either.

And Rick allowed us time to think about it before we came back and made a decision. You will not feel pressured, or rushed to make a decision to buy a car when talking to Rick.Once we decided to get the car, Rick set us up with Judy to finalize the financing and documents. I was pretty disappointed in the service I got this week from them. I came in for a recall in the am with my baby. They didn’t explain the recall or ask if anything else needed done, he said I’ll be right back, did the walk around without me, quickly just stated the chipped hood (which I knew) and then said okay are u waiting? I said yes how long? He said oh good hour I’d say. I then kind of looked around for where I could sit since no one showed u where or welcomed you in. Sales side had some comfortable seats. I sat there and saw a coffee machine. I went and made myself a coffee and it was cold. The receptionist barely even looked at me and even when I walked around the cars not one person greeted me. I wasn’t going to buy a car but how would they know. I also had to go outside and show the guy how to reverse my car…the e brake was on and he didn’t know that and asked me how to reverse the car, so I had to get my baby and go outside to show him. This is a Hyundai car mind you. I then thought mmmm it’s going to be an hour I told a lady hey I’m going to go walk about 5/10 mins up the road to my brothers and she said sure no problem. I get to my brothers and they call to say the car is done. So u walk back… I get my keys I barley get a have a good day or even what they did and they parked my car so close to the wall I had to climb over the seat just to get my baby in his car seat into the base. I wasn’t happy at all with sales or service side just felt not welcomed. I won’t be going back even if it’s closet to me or not…The one picture is the seating I’m assuming is used for service but I don’t know.

From purchasing my Tuscon, to getting it's first service, and then having to move up said service due to an emergency situation, Brantford Hyundai has been great. They were prompt, understanding, fair and communicative. I do truly appreciate their service and have recommended others to use this particular location after having issues at others.

Where do I start with this review well let’s talk about the interaction I had on the phone on June 17th the lady never knew if my car was ready I dropped the vehicle off the night before so I had a very early appointment. I brought my car for service and the compartment where the fog light sit . We brought our car in January of this year and they were suppose to fixes the fog light they didn’t of course I realize this just before I was gonna drive off the lot so they hurried to fixes the fog light and damage the part where the fog light sit.The lady that worked in service on June 17,2023 she called me telling me that the part where fog light is she said that it was a high impact hit. Had to remind the women that I drive the car everyday I’m pretty sure I would know if I got into a car accident these are two different things. Anyways she said she was going to call back she never called me back. I checked the app for my car to see when was the last time they entered the car it said that last time they were in the car was 11am now keep in mind I checked this time around 2 and they still didn’t call us. They close early on Saturday. If we didn’t call to see what’s going on with our car she said. When we did call the lady on the phone was just writing up the paperwork. Still nobody called us back so I decided to just go down to the dealership. When I arrived the paperwork still wasn’t ready and they didn’t fix the piece for the fog light the lady said that I would have to speak to her manager because she can’t make that decision she admit that it was there fault but they didn’t fix it then I ask her why didn’t you call me to say my vehicle was ready the day . She then proceeded to say they’re busy and at that time it was 3:30pm the car was sitting there since 11am I said to the women still didn’t give a valid reason why she wasn’t going to call me then another colleague comes out telling me that I’m not giving the other women a chance to talk I didn’t want to hear anything she had to say because she was being rude from the start.I bought my car from this location the other women with her Karen self started talking about she gonna black list me I DON’T CARE BECAUSE THERE IS OTHER DEALERSHIP I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP I WILL BE REMOVING MY REVIEW FROM FACEBOOK I KNOW THIS MAY NOT STOP EVERYBODY FROM GOING HERE BUT IT JUST MIGHT MAKE PEOPLE THINK TWICE YOU NEED MORE WORKPLACE INCLUSION

Not pleased with the service at all. Conversation was cold, which I can certainly match at any time, and was close minded without any acceptance of my history with the vehicle. This is why we only come for the multiple recalls and wide spread factory related updates.Once they are finally in decent running condition, without constantly repeating engine codes, and I am confident that we are not simply passing our troubles along to someone, we will sell both of these vehicles and purchase a brand which aligns with the others we own.

Went to have a recall checked out on my car. The service was friendly and I was able to ask a few questions about my car to which I got promt friendly answers. Very professional. My only complaint would be how far out the appointment was booked (about a month after I called to make it) but I suppose you can’t control how busy you are especially when there is a recall out on several models. So overall great experience!
