TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Tried to deposit check. In what universe Company name CORP." and "Company name Corporation" are different titles? Educate your tellers

The ATM is now open during banking hours which is a huge inconvenience to many customers. TD need to do better to service it’s customer, especially in the growing Harwood area.

Not a reflection of the people working here. But waiting 30 minutes to do my banking. Business which I need a teller. When TD CanadaTrust made $44 billion in 2020 and can’t hire an appropriate amount of staff so that our precious time is not wasted.

FOUND THAT I NEEDED TO CHANGE AN APPOINTMENTWITH A FINANCIAL ADVISOR, EMAILED THE INDIVIDUAL, NO RESPONSE, PHONED THE FOLLOWING DAY AND LEFT MY NUMBER TO CALL, NO RESPONSE, WENT ON LINE TODAY [DAY 3] TO AT LEAST CHANGE THE APPOINTMENT, ENTERED EMAIL ADDRESS AND CONFIRMAATION NUMBER....YUP, YOU GUESSED IT, NO APPOINTMENT FOUND, THIS WOULD TELL ME THAT HE HAD RECEIVED MY MESSAGE AND CANCELLED IT.THE FACT THAT HE DIDN'T CALL ME BACK HAS LED ME LOOK FOR ANOTHER BANK TO TAKE CARE OF MY INVESTMENT NEEDS.

I've been a customer for decades and ordered a second Visa after approval almost a month ago, then nothing from TD. I spent OVER 5 hours tracking it down, because your branch NEVER returns phone calls, only to find it's been at the branch the entire time due their disorganization nobody ever contacted me!! This is shameful customer service. I've now cancelled my application and will go with Scotia Bank instead. Very disappointed in the service I've received and feel my time is not respected.

Do not open a account with this bank specially if you are new immigrant as they will take you for a ride saying you can open this online. Customer care is a joke here and I would definitely stay away from this bank if you want peace of mind. There are other banks which I am going to check now which treat their customer with respect and address their issues better. Worst banking experience of my life is TD Canada Trust bank.

so they have closed the doors so u can’t access the bank machine. what good is a bank if u can’t access the machine. hire security instead of closing it all together

TD do better smhRefused to take my call,my driver watched them ignore my calls 15x in a row, they refused to certify a chq i wrote, refused to take my call, refused to call me to verify(standard td procedure)I guess they need some training on how td operates. I've been a td business client for several years and have never had this happen.Now my driver cannot pick up a vehicle she was scheduled to and is now stranded in Ajax. This type of behavior is ridiculous; it costs companies money for their ignorance.TD do better training,Update, uber'ed across to westney and got it done in under a minute. So why all the hardship TD?

It's been 5 weeks since my husband and put in an application for a line of credit to bridge finances in our new home. We have still received no reply. We have been with TD for over 35 years and had several mortgages and loans with them in the past. In the past, it would take maximum 4 days to get an answer. Originally, we were told 2 weeks, then we were told 5 weeks. We spoke to the branch manager and he said he couldn't do anything. He said it was the underwriting department was too busy. We have reach out to a contact that deals with Scotiabank and they said they'd turn it around in days. TD needs to learn to manage their people and customer expectations. If we had been told that it was going to take over 5 weeks, we could have gone to another bank that wanted our business. Brutal, customer service!
