Emily Jones Real Estate

The words I would use to describe Emily Jones are Patient and Calm. She was so patient with us while we looked for our new home and was tentative to our needs. She offered great advice on staging the home as well as recommendations on lawyers and house inspectors. There were times when we felt pressured and started to compromise our needs but she steered us back. If you want a realtor who thinks of your well-being for years to come, Emily is your lady. We have enjoyed our new home for more than a year now and Emily checks in on us. She is a gem.

I cannot say enough about how great our experience working with Emily was. Her knowledge of the market is impressive, she went above and beyond to get information on houses we were interested in and steered us in the right direction of properties that would be a match with our “must haves”. On top of that, she is incredibly professional, quick to respond and really takes the time to educate you on all of the paperwork and documents involved in buying and selling. By nature, Emily is very warm, kind and welcoming and makes what can be a very stressful time much easier. We are so grateful to Emily for all of her expertise and are so happy in our new home :)

Working with Emily was a phenomenal experience from start to finish! I felt comfortable messaging her with questions and felt confident she was giving me genuine expert advice when it came to house hunting. She took what was a stressful experience (especially as a first time homebuyer) and made it exciting. Her amazing service didn't stop after my closing date, and to this day I reach out to Emily with questions about home maintenance and resale value because I trust her opinion.

Emily is amazing. She was very, very patient when it came to all of our first time home buyer questions that we had to ask multiple times over. Emily is friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and was understanding of our limited budget. The only thing I would say we felt was missing was a little more knowledge on the neighbourhoods we were looking at. We bought in the winter, but now that the weather is warmer we've realized that the park we back on to is known for tent cities in the summer. We wish we knew a bit more about the area before. However, considering the budget we were working with, we recognize that our options were limited in this regard and there wasn't much she could have done to change that. After we moved in, Emily also helped us find fantastic tenants for our upstairs rental unit. We live in the same house, and we wanted to make sure we found a good fit. It's been so easy so far because Emily did all the leg work to make sure they'd be great tenants. Emily has also been wonderful when it comes to questions we've had after the fact as new homeowners. She stays in touch and has been ready to help with anything I need.I would 100% recommend Emily Jones Real Estate!

Emily is amazing! She was the best realtor I’ve ever met. We worked with her for buying our first house. Not only is she great at her job, she’s super personable. Emily will put her all into finding you a home! She is efficient and professional. She was extremely well-versed in the area we were looking at & always had the most up to date information about the houses we saw! She always advocates on behalf of her clients and will never push you to do anything you’re not 100% sure of!

Emily was amazing to work with! She went above and beyond for both buying and helping us sell our house.
