Worst salon ive ever been to. Rude and destroyed my nails. Will not be recommending or returning.Pls read the owners unprofessional response to my review and consider this before considering this business.

Judging by all the bad reviews, they always have a rebuttal to every bad review. Clearly, customer satisfaction isn’t a priority. I was told to sit in the pedicure chair and was handed a swatch of nails to select my Color. As I’m looking at the swatch I noticed my brand new leggings, I had just to put on for this apt had wet nail polish on them. I explained to the nail tech the swatch has wet polish on it and the polish is on my new leggings.. no apology, didn’t clean the polish off the swatch. Offer to clean my leggings. Nothing. I asked for a wet towel to try to get the polish of my leggings and was handed a dry towel. The person sitting in the pedicure chair beside me was handed the same swatch with wet polish on it. I let the customer know it has wet polish on it and to be careful with your clothing.(nice of them to pass it to another customer and not clean off the polish or warn them) when it was time to pay I told the person behind the counter what happened he said he needs to talk to someone have a seat. He tells me he can only give me a 10% discount.(they offer 13% discount if you pay cash)I said I’m sorry, but I’m not satisfied with that. Can I speak to the manager. The woman doing my daughters full set, huffs,stands up and slams the nail file down. (Very unprofessional) she tells me they don’t give discounts or money back.. i explained again, what happened and I’m now out $60 for my leggings I’m more than happy to go home and get the receipt (bought them yesterday) she still said no, only 10% discount and I asked her to clarify twice that they are telling me to pay for the damage they caused. She said yes. That’s what I’m telling you. Very unprofessional, very rude. Not to mention all staff were speaking in their language behind the counter and laughing.. the entire operation is sketchy.. the promote cash so they don’t have to pay tax or report to CRA their proper income. I honestly don’t think half the staff are even certified technicians. I will definitely be calling the proper channels to confirm my suspicions about the staff not being certified and the “cash” transactions. Not to mention I don’t see any certifications posted anywhere or any inspection certifications posted anywhere. Very risky to be operating a business like this.

I loved the manicure!! The nails are always shaped beautifully and done the way I ask, the pedicure could be longer but overall happy

Went for a pedicure with a friend. The girl doing mine cut my skin on my middle toe. It wouldn’t stop bleeding….she really didn’t do much to try to stop it and after my nails were painted it was still bleeding to the point where I had to find a Kleenex to put on it to stop it. this is the first time I’ve ever had that happen and no mention of it and still paid full price.Both my friend and I still have rough heels and my friend had to ask to have them redo her heels with pumice sponge.Overall, not too happy with the service we received.The massage chairs were very nice tho!

I wouldn't recommend it because I got a pedicure and the girl rushed all through the process. She didn't scrap my feet. The water is cold and at the end, she didn't put lotions on my feet. The massage chair that I used is not good. My friend told the girl that I am hard of hearing and the girl who works there, told my friend that I'm unfortunate. So rude. I will never go there again since they are disability hater.

I’ve been getting my bio gel nails and pedicure done for about a year now at Nail Luxury Spa and very happy with the service. The staff is very friendly and the salon is always clean. Anna does a great job!

I would never go back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I wanted a pink/white ombre. I supplied a picture and chose one of their templates and they still couldn't get it right. So upset! I sat there for over an hour and I wasn't interested in wasting anymore of my time with their inexperienced nail techs trying to fix it.

Lisa was the most creative and efficient nail technician I’ve ever experienced. I’m quite flabbergasted by how she was able to reconstruct Hollywood nails from a simple photo.As per Arnold, « I’ll be back! »

Went to have a nail spa during my vacation at Nail Luxury. Got a deluxe spa shellac pedicure and a manicure with newset with a cute design. Result turned to be better than I expected! Best customer service with very friendly staffs. Clean environment with sanitary tools. Proof with Certificate of inspection at front door. Highly recommended!

I had high hopes for a nice pedicure however I was very disappointed with the result. It's probably the worst pedicure I have ever had. My nails were crooked, the polish application was sloppy at best and she actual cut into my skin with the dremmel. Very rough and unprofessional. I would never go here again.
