We had an excellent experience at Open Road Acura with Shiv. He was attentive and took our needs into consideration. We did not feel pressured at all and purchased a vehicle on the same day. Without exaggeration, this was by far the best car buying experience I had from any dealer in lower mainland, including luxury brands. Dylan and Bhav have been a pleasure to deal with since before I even put a deposit down for my order, through delivery and even after I've picked up my new car. They went above and beyond to make sure I have a good experience, without pressure but making sure I'm informed of all the services they can offer. Everyone I've dealt with at this location have been genuinely helpful including finance, sales managers and the service department. Looking forward to maintaining my relationship with this location for years to come.

Outstanding customer service! Staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. They followed through with what they promised and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this Acura location to anyone wanting to have their vehicle serviced. Upon leaving, they washed and vacuumed my car which was a nice touch and a bonus. Thank you Acura.
